Excellent switch process

Had various issues with SIM card
Had various issues with SIM cards which Callum sorted out and also reviewed the deals we had agreed to .

Waited for an hour
When i entered the shop, there were two staff serving two customers, and one cuatomer waiting. It took an hour for both of them to complete the task with their customers. We waited for an hour to get a physical sim card, and to get it took another 30 minutes! I think vodafone needs a better queueing system as well as a better system for the services in the shop.

We waited for an hour
We waited for an hour for a very simple thing. I just wanted a physical SIM for my phone and the guy said he could do that quickly but took forever. Whilst we were waiting, they told us 15 mins but took half an hour after that (total wait = 1 hour)
