Excellent service
Excellent service - highly recommended! We have had real difficulties with accessing WiFi since we moved home. We are not the most technically savvy either so when we met Subi in Harrow, our hearts leaped for joy. She was so warm, friendly, patient, and efficient. She sorted out our access and the WiFi connection is much stronger than the one we had before. Thank you so much, Subi. We are so grateful for your support.

Visiting a store makes all the Difference
I have had an abhorrent time with Vodafone online customer services that I had to visit a store to fix my issue. Subi in the Harrow branch performed wonders within minutes.
I understand why Vodafone get a lot of negative comments, but if everyone just entered a store, there would be no problems.
