I have just been with John at Vodafone Hanley and I must say how impressed I am with his customer service. He went above and beyond with me to ensure that everything I needed doing was done. I had Issues with my old phone but after a lot of persistence he managed to fix it which I'm very grateful of!

We went to Hanley today with the aim of…
We went to Hanley today with the aim of speaking to ee regarding broadband and phone contract and cancelling it and going to Vodafone so when we arrived at the Vodafone shop we spoke to a man about changing to Vodafone so we sat very briefly and then Paul asked us to come and take a seat and explained everything that we wanted to change over so paul got up some options for broadband and they were a lot cheaper than ee so agreed to swap and paul did everything that was needed to swap our broadband over and we didn't even need to speak to ee about anything it was all swapped over really quickly with a day to receive the new box and activation date. Fantastic. Then my husband wanted to swap his mobile over to Vodafone aswell so he looked at price for Sim only deals but then out of curiosity checked how much it would be for the new Google pixel 11 pro, so for the price of the broadband and sim only with ee he could get a new phone and the difference between old contract Sim and broadband was £7 more with a brand new phone. So my husband was very happy with swapping over and getting a new phone for a few pounds difference. It didn't stop there, I've been with Vodafone for as long as I can remember but I queried about my Sim only contract to see about a new Samsung s26 ultra (I've had the s20 ultra and s23 ultra and I absolutely love the phones camera) and for not much more i could have the s26 ultra so that was also sorted for us today.
Honestly couldn't recommend Paul enough when trying to swap things over, we had a laugh over us trying to sign with a mouse (not very easy) and both of us came away happy and with new phones.
I've never had any problems with Vodafone but it was so nice to have a laugh whilst sorting things out.

From start to finish it was 5 star. As a current Vodafone customer I have become used to the excellent service, but as always it was great. Come into store to change over data and apps from one device to another and needed help as I was unsure what to do.
The team were brilliant in helping and did everything from start to finish.
Mo especially was great to deal with and even kept the phone in store while the swap over was happening allowing us to get in with our day while we waited.
