Personal 'in store' service as it should be!
I've been a Vodafone customer for 30+ years, & the help I was given by Crys at the Gloucester store reinforces why I've stayed with them.
I'd had an issue following a usual phone update, but combined with modifying a Word Doc for 'write enable', it seemed to trigger so many 'pop ups', & displayed continuous virus removal Apps. Being of the 'analogue' era, I was wary of making the issue even worse!
Crys was so helpful, & allayed any fears of malware on my device. Apparently a common problem, which she was able to sort in a couple of minutes, smiling all the time! All was explained after I extracted the problem Word Doc I was modifying.
Chat Bots, AI, is one thing, but the reassurance of speaking 'face to face' with an extremely helpful member of the Vodafone team really made my day.....thanks Crys!

Great Customer Service From Crystal
I had a great experience at Vodafone Gloucester with a team member called Crystal. She was friendly, patient, and explained everything clearly making the process easy to understand. Overall I am very happy with the support I recieved and highly recommend Vodafone based on this experience.
