I visited today to upgrade and resolve issues on my account. Courtney could not have been more patient and helpful. I have had so many unhelpful calls with Vodafone taking hours of time so decided to visit the Falkirk store. I am so happy I did and a huge thank you to Courtney.

This morning I visited Falkirk Vodafone to have a micro sim put in my hand-me-down iphone and Cleo could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Not only did she change the sim but she also set up the iphone for me, something I had been dreading doing myself. Thank you so much!
