Had problems with my camera on the…
Had problems with my camera on the phone. Told I would be able to get it repaied but would take 2 to 3 weeks or upgrade my phone today. Decided to go for the upgrade and Mollie explained the offer for the S26 which I took. Would recommend this member of staff for her good communication and knowlege of my requirements. This review relates to the Vodafone store in The Pentagon Shopping Centre, Chatham, Kent.
I visited this store with a couple of technical queries regarding transferring data from my old phone to my new one.
As soon as I went into the store, I was greeted by Jonathan, who was welcoming friendly & professional from the outset.
He listened carefully to my queries & soon put my mind at rest by reassuring me he could help. I am, by my own admittance, not the greatest when it comes to tech, however, at no point did Jonathan make me feel incompetent or silly for asking my questions.
He solved the problem quickly & explained what he'd done, so I understood everything.
It is (sadly) somewhat of a rarity these days to find the level of customer service skills demonstrated by Jonathan - he was funny, chatty, professional & totally customer focused. He is a true credit to this store & the company Vodafone in general
Thank you Jonathan for faultless service - it was very much appreciated!
