Very helpful staff member.
Went into the Caerphilly store to try and sort out an issue I had. A few days before I had contacted Vodafone by telephone and had great difficulty explaining what I would like to happen.
It turns out that they had not completed my request satisfactorily.
I spoke to an assistant whose name began with T, in store and explained what had happened. After checking what I wanted, he took the time to explain everything to me and cancelled the part of the plan that I did not want or need, but was told it was part of the package.
T was polite and took the time to explain things to me and what he was going to do to assist me. He was able to cancel part of the package.
He sorted everything out for me. Very helpful.

Thank you very much to Shannon at Vodafone Caerphilly store. I had broken my phone and had to get a new one which I always find confusing and stressful as I have a brain tumour that affects my memory and I can find it all too confusing . Shannon answered all my questions and talked me through all my options. She was fantastically knowledgeable and very kind and patient. She also helped me setup my iCloud account and how to sync my old email address. Unfortunately I don’t think there was a manager on site yesterday when I wanted to give the positive feedback on how helpful Shannon was but I really hope this review gets to somebody in management and that she is recognised for being fantastic at her job.
