Would get a minus if it was…
Would get a minus if it was possible.Just wanted to clarify what my contract plan includes prior to going to cyprus via the app..not the clearest wording bordering on downright contradictory so made the mistake of calling into a store to speak with a human
Advised that the info on his screen directly contradicts what the app states and tried selling me home broadband whilst in the store.
I then called 191 which was my second mistake ,spent 15 mins banging my head against a wall after finally getting to chat with what i assumed was a real human who then had the nerve to turn the chat into a sales pitch!!!
As soon as i can get out of this contract i will be doing so.Customer support is abysmal .
