I had a really great experience at the Vodafone store in Aylesbury, and I especially want to give a massive shout-out to Arjun, the Store Advisor.
Arjun was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. He was friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely went the extra mile to make sure I got the right deal.
Arjun managed to sort me out with two tablets and a brand-new Samsung phone, and the deal he got me was absolutely wicked! I was really impressed with the value for money and how much he was able to save me compared with what I was expecting to pay.
What stood out most was that Arjun didn't make me feel rushed or pressured into anything. He listened to what I wanted, talked me through the options, and made sure I understood the deals before going ahead. His knowledge of the products and offers was excellent, and he clearly takes pride in giving customers a good experience.
The whole visit was smooth, professional and genuinely enjoyable. It's not often you come away from a store feeling like you've actually been properly looked after, but that's exactly how I felt.
Arjun is a credit to the Vodafone Aylesbury team, and I would definitely recommend asking for him if you're visiting the store. If you're looking for someone who knows their stuff, gets you a great deal and actually cares about helping you, Arjun is your guy!

Highly disappointing customer experience
If I could I would give the service I received one star for the profound disappointment I faced. This marks the third occasion I've had to address the same issue, which, unfortunately, remained unresolved despite a half-hour in-store interaction. Ironically, the problem was swiftly rectified in a five minute call to customer service.
The two staff members who assisted me demonstrated a distinct lack of care, and their demeanor was both rude and narcissistic. It became apparent that their interest in assisting me waned considerably once they realised I wasn't making an immediate purchase. Even when I expressed interest in potentially buying a phone, no alternative options within my stated price range were offered, simply ‘this is the only price, no can do’.
As a loyal customer of six years, I find this level of service utterly unacceptable for a company specializing in electronics. I sincerely hope that this feedback is taken seriously and that appropriate action is taken to address the conduct of the employees involved.
