The most horrible company and the worst…

The most horrible company and the worst product ever.Highly unprofessional and arrogant staff.I bought a product one year ago and today I received a call from them asking for £30.They said we sold you a product a year ago but mistakenly we didn’t charge you at that time.How is this possible anyone don’t charge you before delivering product.A woman called “FIONA” called me today with top arrogance and disrespectful way and asking me to pay £30 or face legal action against me.It was so threatening and harassment way to sort your mistake out.I would say don’t buy anything from them coz it looks a gang to me more than a shop.The way she was talking it looked that she was a debt collector or just simply was not having a good day.She ruined my all day just for a silly demand.I would not recommend them at all.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Customer service is very poor

Customer service is very bad. Never get any replies to emails. Delivery states 7 to 10 days but first order took about a month. Second order still yet to receive after 20 days. No communication at all.
