This was my first ever time calling for…
This was my first ever time calling for tech support. My rep completely dismissed me and didn't call me back. There was a lot of confusion and the issue eventually was "resolved" but I was not impressed at all in how it was handled. I was having such a positive experience before this issue. I won't be recommending as much as I was before. It's disheartening, when you are signing up there's all these promises and assurances of how things will be handled. The reality never seems to measure up.
