Lutsche gerne Vivil Extra Stark (blaue Bonbons). Die Bonbons sind in der Umverpackung nochmals einzeln verpackt.
Erlebe seit ca. einem Jahr immer öfter, dass halbierte Umverpackungen in der Packung sind, sowie mitunter "Bruch" in der Einzelverpackung, was ärgerlich ist, wenn die mitunter scharfkantigen Bonbonsplitter in den Langflorteppich fallen. Ich würde vermuten, dass es hier nach einer Umstellung in der Fertigung schwere Qualitätsprobleme gibt - ist aber nur eine Meinung... Als Kunde akzeptiere ich so etwas ungern.
Ich habe immer die Pastillen Arctic im Großpaket bestellt, doch seit kurzem habe ich nur noch "luftige" Pastillen, die kaum das sie im Mund sind auseinanderfallen :-(
Warum werden die nicht mehr richtig gepresst? Ich werde auf andere umstellen...
