I bough a house from this guy. Absolutely ridiculous amount of iresponsibility, piling exuse over excuse and throwing any responsibility to literally anyone around.
Problems since the beggining. First of all the preasure to buy stating there is another buyer and so the price increased (!), then getting absolutely mad on me as I paid the money to the notary as the contract said. My house has been robbed after a deed of purchase while this man was supposed to have the keys. Now rushing again to charge me for assistance with... actually with what? An advice to go to Town Hall to pay off the debts of previous owner... First time says 300euros for the architect, few days later 1k for architect and 300 for himself for now and later another 300 for every ocassion.
You can easily get a house directly from owner with zero knowledge of the language as people there are used to use phone translator and it will save you unbelivable amount of stress.
