Bestilte 2 armbånd i strl. XL. Efter en del korrespondence, fik jeg bekræftet - med foto - at armbåndene var på lager, i min størrelse, og ville blive sendt snarest.Det blev de, men i størrelse Small. De passer til et barn.
Efterfølgende har der været enkelte venlige email-svar fra Vivaaz, med ugelange mellemrum, men absolut ingen handling - afløst af rungende tavshed.
Konklusionen er, at firmaet vil gerne have kundens penge, og ikke viger tilbage for at sende fejlagtige varer, undlade at svare på henvendelse og helt undlade at erstatte eller betale pengene tilbage.
Om det er svindel, uvilje eller manglende evner, skal jeg ikke kunne sige, men resultatet er det samme. Nu 3 mdr. efter må jeg konstatere, at mine 1.200 kr. er tabt. Jeg vil kraftigt fraråde andre at handle hos Vivaaz Gems.

Ordered 2 bracelets in size XL. After some correspondence, I received confirmation - with photo - that the bracelets were in stock, in my size, and would be sent soon. They were, but in size Small. They fit a child.
Subsequently, there have been a few friendly email responses from Vivaaz, at week-long intervals, but absolutely no action - replaced by resounding silence.
The conclusion is that the company wants the customer's money, and does not shy away from sending faulty goods, failing to respond to inquiries and completely failing to replace or pay the money back.
Whether it is fraud, unwillingness or inability, I can't say, but the result is the same. Now, 3 months later, I have conclude that my DKK 1,200 has been lost.
I strongly discourage others from shopping at Vivaaz Gems.
