Utterly dreadful service from Vito Energy. All I want to do is to track how the air source heat pump that they fitted is working. Simple you’d think? I’ve been trying for three months now and have got absolutely nowhere. The first person I was put in touch with left and then I was given the names of Greg Smith and Josh McGrorty and they have completely ignored three emails from me. I then contacted the company via their website with a complaint and once again a person called Charlotte has not been able to help in anyway at all. I just want to monitor how the air source heat pump is running - is that too much to ask?

We only proceeded as far as sales discussion with Rob Webster regarding an Air Source Heat Pump and a new wet system for radiators or underfloor heating. Rob was patient, helpful, courteous, responsive and knowledgeable. Ultimately VitoEnergy were not the installer we chose to proceed with, however they compared very favourably to about three-quarters of those we contacted in terms of both quality and price (and we only contacted the cream of the crop). So from our desk-exercise alone, we can say going with VitoEnergy would be a wise choice. We cannot vouch for their actual installation and after-sales care, but the 240+ other positive review you can find on Google Maps cover that aspect!
