While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Decision Regarding Migration and Work…

Decision Regarding Migration and Work in Germany
A legitimate question arises: How is it that candidates are summoned from distant cities, paying for travel expenses, wasting time, and enduring fatigue, only to ultimately conduct an online interview inside a small room with a German official and an Arabic translator? If the interview is already online, why isn't it done directly from a distance, so candidates can avoid these expenses and hardships?
Regarding "Vita Germany"
Every candidate has the right to know all financial conditions clearly and explicitly from the very beginning. There is talk of fees that could reach up to 35,000 MAD, in addition to a 20% deduction from the salary for a duration of 6 months. This information must be transparent from the very first contact with the candidate, and not after they have already spent money and wasted time and effort.
Alternative Recruitment Agencies
Another question is: Why do well-known German recruitment companies like ARWA, Randstad, and others announce job opportunities and support candidates without demanding these large sums of money in exchange for a work contract? Anyone has the right to compare the different available alternatives before making a decision.
Use of Images and Videos
The photos and videos published on social media pages also raise several questions. Using candidates' images or videos for promotional or marketing purposes must be based on the free, explicit, and clear consent of the person concerned, because one's image is a personal right and not an advertising tool to be used without the owner's permission.
Conclusion and Advice
Professional migration to Germany is a legitimate dream for many Moroccans, but this dream must be built on transparency, clarity, and full respect for candidates' rights—whether regarding expenses, contracts, or the use of personal data and images.
Before paying any amount: Compare different companies, request all terms in writing, and ask for precise clarifications regarding all costs, deductions, and obligations before signing any agreement.
