Great product, fast delivery

I received the wrong product and couldn’t see a phone number on the website so I emailed their contact address. Heard nothing. After a couple of days I sent a message via their website itself . Still nothing except an automated message saying I should hear back within 24 hours . What is particularly galling is that today I got a marketing email from them puffing up their business . As things currently stand I won’t be recommending them to anyone . Oddly enough despite my emails to them and my message to their website they have chosen to respond here by merely saying that the Royal Mail tracker says items were delivered . Of course it does , but that misses the point . The items that were delivered were the wrong items which they would know if they’d bothered to read my email and messages and look at the photos I sent. Their response has not made me change my opinion of the poor customer service . UPDATE . After continuing silence I raised a dispute with the credit card company and provided evidence of the wrong product . They credited my account . A couple of days ago ( maybe prompted by the credit card company or maybe because someone had finally read my emails I got an email from Vitamin planet saying very blandly they'd credited my account -it took them nearly two weeks and there was no apology or acknowledgment of my emails . I'm still not impressed by their service.

I originally ordered two 100ml tins of Goats Milk Skin Cream. I noticed later that it had been switched (not by me)to two 50ml tins but still charged at the cost of 100ml tins. Total cost £23.39.

Didn’t receive my order have sent multiple emails regarding my order no update and no refund absolutely shocking company avoid at all cost.

Should really be zero stars so bad I had a herbal medicine turn up broken glass bottle was packaged terribly just in a bag no protection made several of email contact with them they did not reply tried to call but the number provided is false £23 down the drain but sad thing is we needed the medicine asap lost a week waiting for reply.

Order arrived damaged, no response to multiple emails within over 3 weeks

I did not receive my purchase. That was apparently delivered on 22 Dec 25.

Never again. Ordered vitamins 5/12/25, their tracking never worked, 3 times I filled in their form to ask where my delivery was, received a bog standard holding reply, but no communication. I did receive my order eventually, but WOULD NOT use this company again.

They charge you the money, don’t deliver the item and then send an email wanting a reviewing saying the item has been delivered. This is definitely a scam site.
Do not order from them.

After a very very very very long wait and many emails. Despite HAVING PAID IN ADVANCE. I have received NOTHING!!!! WHERE IS MY PURCHASE ????

Not had the delivery and no reply from vitaminplanet. Will try to get a charge-back from my credit card. Tracking information doesn't work. They should be removed from the internet.

but instead of receiving what I’ve ordered some black clothes kinda belt like was send instead so until today no parcel and refund. Disappointed and don’t buy here Not a good comps at all.

I have chased for my order which has not been delivered, it is over 3 weeks overdue. All you can do is complete a form online and then the tell you they will get back to you, usually within 24 hours. 3 days later and still nothing
Have chased but dont hold much hope

Parcel not received

Ridiculous time to wait on product being sent out 2 weeks is not acceptable.

I have have sent 4 emails as I recieved someone else’s order instead of mine . I have also tried ringing ( the number doesn’t work )
I’ve had no reply at all - this has been going on for over a fortnight - worst customer service ever ( as it appears to non existent) and I’m £85 out of pocket with no explanation.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

MONEY TAKEN AND THEY HAVE DISAPPEARED
