I ordered my grandparents birth…
I ordered my grandparents birth certificates 4 months ago and have not received them. I paid over 280 euro which I feel I should get a refund if they will not arrive. I am not even sure why it was so much.

I had previously requested a birth…
I had previously requested a birth certificate, I received a notice a week later stating it didn't exist. I had entered the wrong birth date. I went back on the site and re-entered the date PAID AGAIN, and noticed every time I selected the year it would go back to the current year, explaining why the certificate i requested didn't exist. I had to manually enter the date, since the drop down selection always went back to the current. date.

When you informed us that the date of birth entered was wrong, since we cannot know if the data provided are correct or wrong, the order had already been managed by our operators and successfully processed with negative result with which we inform you that the certificate requested with that data was not available.
The service request form also works correctly, and allows both to manually enter the date of birth and to use the field for entering and automatically calculating the date of birth.
We invite you, in case of doubt, to contact us by phone or email before submitting your order. Our Customer Support is available to help you.
