Best company ever!
We have been using Vistaprint for at least 5 to 6 years. This is one of the best companies with whom we have ever worked. They have been and continue to be easily and quickly available for any assistance. They can correct problems right away online while working together with us and the representatives are very knowledgeable about their products and graphics. In addition, the software is easy to use for non-graphic artists.
They have kept all of our projects for all these years so we only need to bring up our account to re-order or to make modifications. It is so convenient.
The order came in two days, printed properly, and exactly what we thought we were getting - clear printing, quality, color, and graphics.
Thank you Vistaprint. You have made a lifelong client with us. We highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you are not a professional graphics designer or even you are one.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. For some reason the system did not accept any of the visa or mastercards which i have and in fact use daily. Tried to contact an agent at the .fr website who refused to speak English. I did then use google translate and wrote back in French - but seemingly the agent did not like my accent. No option to rate the agent on chat. At the end - i could not purchase imagine. Tried the .nl website - also could not purchase, the agent there could not see the item in basket which I had on the .nl website too. A proper mess. Otherwise a well known and large company, but as many of them do, they become heavy organisations unable to provide a simple service. Will NOT order from Vistaprint again for sure.

I have ordered many items over many years now and was more than satisfied
However I recently ordered a T-shirt for my granddaughter and was really disappointed when it arrived as the picture of her dog on the front was in plastic. I couldn’t believe it. She cannot wear it it looks so strange and very cheap. There was no mention or explanation of this plastic covering when I ordered it
