I ordered some custom die-cut stickers through VistaPrint and the experience was excellent. The stickers arrived in less than a week and they were perfectly made. I ordered ten stickers and they sent forty at no additional cost.

Cannot be trusted. Would not Recommend
Cannot be trusted. Ordered fliers, paid for express delivery. First order went 'missing' and I was ignored by support for days trying to chase this up. Once I got through to them, they submitted for a reprint/reship. Guess what... That order also went missing. Vista Print have refunded the order, but Support will ignore you. Requests for managers will be ignored. You'll be gaslighted that 'Everything is fine and your order is on the way!' Even when the tracking shows otherwise, but support can not understand that and will not check. Such a shame, but avoid like the plague if you're on a time limit for your items, or want any sort of responsive support after the orders placed. Any problems and you're on your own

Good product, but only thing let me down is that I bought a premier business card and it came with a torn piece of paper round it, pretty disappointing when your spending £75 on business cards

Incorrect tracking details meant we missed the delivery and it was sent straight back to Vistaprint.
On contacting them they told us to reorder and they would ensure next day delivery. Sadly they have now updated us with a Wednesday delivery and have failed to give us the same discount as the original order.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with VistaPrint.
I ordered A6 presentation cards for my handmade glass pocket hearts. The first batch arrived printed upside down, even though the artwork I submitted was correct. After contacting customer service, a replacement was arranged.
Unfortunately, the replacement batch arrived with exactly the same problem. The cards are still printed upside down, making them unusable for my products.
This has caused unnecessary delays to my business, additional stress, and meant I couldn't use the cards when I needed them for a market event.
I appreciate that customer service attempted to resolve the issue, but receiving the same printing error twice suggests there is a serious quality control problem.
As a small business owner, I rely on suppliers to produce work accurately. I expected much better from VistaPrint and, sadly, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

In reviewing your account, we're seeing that a replacement order was done today which should fix the issue you're having with the product. Please note that if you're uploading a vertical design to a horizontal template, it will be required that the design on the back is facing the opposite direction. In order to not do that you would be required to upload a horizontal design to a horizontal template and a vertical design to a vertical template.

Ordered 500 pcs premium quality business cards and got the cheapest cards which I cannot give to anyone.
