Unfair and resist behaviour

This Company is trying to fight its battles with the owner by making us as tenets look like unruly and uncontrollable neighbours. They have appointed a caretaker who happens to be our neighbour and has no shame in his resist and clear hate for us. Him and his friends who’s also our neighbour have been reporting and fabricating stories just so we can look bad.
They have a complaint about anything and everything while they themselves are exempted from blame.
Vision Properties have teamed up with the caretaker and the neighbours to make our stay in this property a living hell.
We get fines and blamed for this that have nothing to do with us or even just a complaint from any of these two neighbour without investigation will lead to a fine.
I would like to shine a light on this company for its directors to have a look at this and take action. If you have a problem with the owner, please deal with that and leave us out of this.
We are good people and mostly good neighbours, we should not be bullied by resists who want to push their own agenda and make my life and that of my family hell.
We pay a lot of money to live here and I have a right to a peaceful life just as much as anyone in this complex.
It is time to pursue legal action and get this resolved.

They enter your property without notice…

They enter your property without notice or consent and are incredibly rude. They attempt to evict without reason, schedule a hearing at the TAL then waste your time by not appearing because the way they got their information was illegal. They try to bully people into submission. I lived there for 2 years and it was by far the worst immobilier I have ever experienced.

Extremely helpful…

I found the staff (Diane) very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me secure a property with ease and kept me informed all the way through the process.

Great experience - Landlord

As a first time Landlord I engaged Vision Property to find tenants for a property in Belfast. I found Diane a really brilliant staff member to work with. She was diligent with sourcing tenants for us, helped with accurate pricing for the current market and had excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them and would use again without hesitation. Our new tenants seemed equally supported on their journey too.

Low quality agents

Low quality agents. Staff with no qualifications and boy does that show! Communication is extremely poor and the constant chatter about financial impropriety and bankrupt directors does not inspire confidence. My advice would be to stay well clear of these people.

FRAUD!

If I could give ZERO to this "business" I would. The previous 2 directors who are brothers made themselves bankrupt after failing to pay back hundreds of thousands of pounds they owed. Before they went voluntarily bankrupt they handed over the company to their cousin and his wife. Lo and behold their cousin has now been made bankrupt by a creditor after failing to pay back a large sum of money. He has installed his wife and a proxy director in his place, who is the general handyman, to allow him to keep running the " business" in the background during his bankruptcy. They are mired in financial irregularities and fraud.....stay well away if you want to keep your hard earned money in your pocket!!!

A frustrating seven months as a vision customer

I used this vision (castlereagh branch) to find a tenant for my property a few years back. It was, and still is, my only rental property so I had intended also to use them for the monthly management of the property as well as I was nervous having never leased a property to anyone before.

Initially I was very impressed as they were efficient in finding a suitable tenant and getting everything setup regarding deposits, rental agreements etc. However it soon became very apparent that they was going to be issues with the “management” of the property. The tenant paid his rent by standing order on the 5th of the month, I was supposed to have this paid into my account (minus their fee) a few days later. Out of the seven months I persisted with them on only two did they actually pay the money to me without me having to ring them up and chase them, sometimes multiple times, for payment and even then the two they made were weeks later than what had been agreed. On the seventh month after realising payment was three weeks late I ended up ringing them four times over three separate days, each time being fobbed off and told “no problem, ‘Geoff’ will definitely ring you back this time”(he never ever did funnily enough). Eventually after getting nowhere over the phone I had enough and walked into their office and told them to cancel the management agreement as they were causing me more stress than their supposed management was solving. I followed this up with an email to get my reasoning into writing and to their credit a Mr Brian Gaw did reply to me and apologised for the poor service. He part refunded some of the fees I’d paid to them and told me he would return my keys first thing on the following Monday (true to form I’ve never seen the keys again in the nearly three years since).

Since then the same tenant has stayed with me and paid his rent faithfully on the date agreed every month. He has given me no problems and is a real pleasure to have as a tenant. I’m very glad to be shot of the hassle this company caused me and would not recommend them to anyone for property management. To end on a positive though they did find me a good tenant so perhaps they have earned some small amount of merit (hence the 2 stars as opposed to 1). But for property management my advice would be to avoid at all costs.

FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY & THEFT WITHIN THIS COMPANY

FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY & THEFT WITHIN THIS COMPANY, GRAND PARADE, BELFAST....
I have been waiting on the return of my deposit for well over 2 months now was told by the rental manager Diane Duff that the landlord was withholding deposits so I couldn’t get my deposit back, She was also in contact to say the landlord had released the money and asked for my bank details to put the money into, I waited a few weeks with of course trying to get a hold of her in the meantime only to be fobbed off every time with an excuse. recently I discovered by contacting my old landlord and the PSNI that the director/partner off this particular estate agents STOLE my deposit and rent which was not put into any protection scheme which it was legally suppose to be and had done a runner, this has also happened to a few other peoples monies who have recently dealt with these rouge agents and also to the landlords who have not been paid their money from a few properties which is all apparently under PSNI investigation as well for all this illegal activity with prosecutions in the process... AVOID THIS ESTATE AGENTS at all costs unless you want them literally stealing your hard earned money. None of the regular staff were supportive in anyway as well about this whole situation and lied constantly to try and coverup the fact that there was any theft going on in their own ranks even stooping as low to make out it was the landlords who were stealing money and not themselves. Trust no one in the office they say they have appointed a new director Brian Gaw but it all sounds fishy if you ask me but I still wouldn’t go near this company for as long as I live and would happily direct anyone away from this company so the same thing doesn’t happen to them. I am currently still without the return off my deposit which I was hoping to have for this Christmas but no one is interested at all in the office.
