Children and Young People's Mental Health (L2)
The resources were simple to understand and highlighted key points and information you'd need to complete the assessments. You can access them remotely and during whatever time you want which makes it very flexible for how you want to learn.
Feedback for assessments was delivered within a week of completing them, telling you what points you made were good, and which questions you answered that needed more detail.
The only problem I had was that it feels quite isolated, you can contact your tutor for help, but unlike going to a course in person, you don't have contact with other students to help each other out. Having an active forum or some kind, or optional activities where you can interact with other people on the same course could be a nice improvement to the experience.

Updates Needed Urgently
The content of the Equality and Diversity course was outdated and in some cases offensive. Had my tutor not been so fabulous (and aware and frustrated by the outdated content) then I would have scored far less than 3.
Judith Potts was my tutor she was the best thing about the course by a mile.

Useful and interesting but not hugely engaging
Whilst I found the course interesting and useful I didn't feel I was part of a community of learners which would've been nice. Having some more feedback or discussion with other people would have made me feel more engaged. I also felt it was a lot of remembering information and rewriting and I would've found more scenarios etc. more engaging. Overall though I am very glad I did the course as it's so helpful within my current role.

I've now completed the I.T and Business Administration Level 2 courses from vision2learn and believe they have both shown me to be eager to learn on my CV and helped me get my two job interviews i have for this week, i found the courses easy to navigate and the ability to email your tutor helpful. I really recommend if any of the available courses are applicable to you. After leaving my job in healthcare for the past 8 years I'm very happy this has boosted my chances of getting a job in a different sector.

This course was just what I was looking for
This course was just what I was looking for. I needed to fit it around my job so I couldn't do regular hours, but you can access the course whenever you want and fit it around you. The website is easy to navigate, and you are allocated a tutor if you need help. I didn't need to ask mine for help, but she was very responsive with marking and feedback after I submitted assessments.

Cyber security level 2 completion an review
The course material and how it was taught was very good, I dont have a negative issue with the actual course. My gripe is with the application, I originally applied for the level 3 course and was told 2 weeks into it that I did not qualify to do the level 3 because I am not in recipt of universal credit and that I live in a charity community for the homless. However there is nothing and still nothing on the application that says any of this, its only when they call you after you have applied and given all your data that you say I am not elligible, I have even tried to apply again as per the instruction of the tutor and again I get this phone call that says I need to provide evidence of benefits, yet I clicked that I am not in receipt of benefits but again it states on the application that this is not a prohiting factor. So may you please sort this issue out so no one else is confused by how the application works, I would lopve to continue on the level 3 if its possible but I am still not in recipt of universal credit and I am still at Emmaus. Thanks

Understanding Autism Level 2
Having not studied for 28 years this was a great way for me to get back into education. I really enjoyed the course and I read widely around the subject.
I highly recommend this course as you can work at your own pace. It’s all online with pre-recorded content which was a new way of learning for me but allows for complete flexibility. Feedback from the tutor was really helpful.

The content is fine and the tutors mark the work quickly, but don’t expect to receive a certificate. Completed the course about five months ago and still not gone one!

Carol has been an incredible tutor. Supportive and also so aware of my needs due to ADHD. She understand my nerves when submitting and always responding very quickly. A good course with competent and friendly staff.
I did the level 2 ICT Course. Overall, it was a solid introduction into MS Office and a great starting point. The course covered MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
The tutor I was assigned was fairly quick to respond, usually within the same or following day and the feedback they provided was very helpful in ensuring my work passed the course requirements.

Excellent Learning Experience
I found this course very beneficial, engaging and rewarding.
The tutor, Claire McVeigh, was very supportive, offering good, constructive criticism and recommendations for further learning.
The material was very good. Videos were clearly narrated, with transcripts provided. Difficulty level was about right, with plenty of guidance to complete assignments.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this course to anybody interested in Understanding Coding, and learning the fundamental concepts and terminology.

I learnt a lot from this course
I learnt a lot from this course. It gave me a variety of resources including, videos, reading and extra reading sources.
The questions made me think and were quite challenging.
Tutor was available most of the time via email, although I didn't use this support except for handing in assessments.

Very enjoyable and informative.
Very enjoyable and informative course. I liked the various methods of delivery and the option to read transcripts rather than watch the videos.
I got a bit confused by some of the questions but that might be my interpretation of them.
Would recommend 🙂
