What can I say about these guys.
It was my dream to return to Canada and just when I thought I was out of options and all hope, I got a call from these guys.
They stayed on the phone with me for like 90 minutes!
They made me aware of other companies who tried horrible and disgusting sales tricks
(which I expereinced)
They answered all my questions and whatever doubts I had, They errased.
It was tough and it did test me but I guess thats the way it is with any visa.
Visa poitive is amazing!
I hope that whoever is in charge down there is reading this because the staff you have...The team you have down there are diamonds.
They actually care, to the point where it might as well have been theres.

I recently had a short consultant with visa process with regards the family exemption entry into Canada. The advice I received was clear, professional and accurate. Having had not great experience with another firm before I was looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable, competent, efficient and with high success rate. Thanks so much for your help throughout the filling of forms. However you did not advise me on my Pay slip and salary details which was why I couldn't get the visit visa. My visa refusal was based on the reason that my monthly earnings was little so I will not leave the UK after the training programme. So I expected you to have helped me on that.

A excellent service was provided by Visa Positive for my EEA Family Permit application and Residence Card. My wife is a EEA national and was residing with me in the USA. With the upcoming Brexit we wanted to explore life in the UK and obtain residency before the UK left the EU. We spoke to Fayyaz at Visa Positive from onset and he guided us through the process perfectly. 4/5 months after moving to the UK we began the process for my Residence Card and Fayyaz was on hand once again to make sure everything went smoothly and without delay. I have no hesitation in recommending Visa Positive and Fayyaz. Great service.

I read a lot of good reviews online and had decided to go with Fayyaz for my Fiance Visa. It was a disaster.

The reason why he has a 1 star (not a 0) is because of his responsiveness. He answered your call and got back to you as he said he would. We had an initial phone consultation and to be fair, he sounded knowledgeable and reassuring on the phone, therefore we decided to go with his services. When it came to the actual preparation of the documents though, I discovered many small mistakes in the mock application he filled in. We went back and forth many times to correct them - this should have been our red flags but we were half way at that point so we did not want to switch our advisor.

The process was seemingly smooth until our application was rejected after 13 weeks (he initially advised in person it was going to be 6-8 weeks so we booked our flight accordingly and ended up missing it). The reason was that we didn't submit sufficient financial documents, which was a human error by the Home Office because we did. Fayyaz double checked the documents when we called him about the result and told us we did everything right. "It was unfortunate that mistakes are made" he said, then advised us to re-apply and wait another 3 months.

Now, first of all, that is a silly option to give us for 2 reasons
1. We will miss our wedding date if we wait another 3 months,
2. We did everything right the first time (his words), so what's the point of submitting the same thing, hoping they would get it right this time? What will guarantee they won't miss a different page the second time?

But the thing that upset me the most, which has driven me to write this review, is that he kept repeating his rate even before giving us a viable option. Re-application cost us another £600 - while he said he will just submit the same application!! It is disingenuous when the same application (prepared based on his advice) got rejected the first time. We were distraught at the time because all of our plans got screwed over, and all we heard from our advisor (yes, advisor, not a solicitor) was 'This is our fee..this is our fee'.

I find that it is unacceptable to conduct business in that sense. He presented options that put us back to square one, and never forget to slap a price on it. That's lazy thinking and I find it ridiculous to charge the same amount. We couldn't be bothered replying to his quote so decided to explore other options. We refused to believe re-apply is the only way. Admittedly it wasn't easy but we eventually found an actual solicitor and he got the decision overturned just in time for the wedding at only a fraction of the cost that Fayyaz quotes. He also examined the whole dossier and gave free consultation on whether we should go down that route. We took a gamble, and we won!

All in all, terrible experience and no we won't be returning.

First of all, 'defamatory' is an incorrect word choice. To constitute defamation, a claim must generally be false. There is nothing false about my statement.

Second of all, yes I have made clear the initial preparation wasn't the problem. You don't seem to acknowledge it was your work approach after the rejection is the main issue. As your client, I expect you to take greater care and work in the best of your client's interest, which you have failed to do. You keep repeating it wasn't your fault the application was rejected - well it wasn't mine either. What you should have done is to challenge the decision legally if you're confident the application is well-prepared. Instead, you advise us to wait again, pay again, and pay you again to do the exact same thing. That's utterly ridiculous!
