KVAC London is the worst.

This is the worst visa processing company there is. If I could give 0 stars, I would. First, they take time in processing the visa and you cannot even get through to them on the phone. You have to send an email and you will be responded by an automated email. Next, was the refund process. I have overpaid them my visa fee and they told me that it would take a maximum of 6 months for the refund. I started the process way back Feb. 2024 and it's now April 2025 and I still haven't got my money back. Sent them multiple emails but I only get the automated reply all the time. Korean Embassy should not deal with these people to handle the visa processing for them.
