This is my 3rd order with VIP bottles and the only one that I have been disappointed with. I purchased Crystal Head Skull Vodka 6 x 5cl Case × 1 but did not receive a case as advertised but six miniatures wrapped in paper instead. This item was also listed on the shipping invoice as delivered. When I queried this by e-mail, the customer service reply was initially discourteous and then became rude offering me a refund.
The order and delivery speed is superb and merits 5 stars but the customer service only merits a 1 star.
However, an overall 4 star.

Bought the bottega bottle as a gift looked good so glad I went for the gift wrap option as it looked even better in the box

Outstanding presentation and superb delivery

The product i received was over 2 years out of date. The smell and taste was disgusting and the Best before in the box was 2021. It’s now 2024! I have emailed twice and message on Instagram and still no response.

Excellent products at great prices.
Delivered earlier than expected.
And customer service went above and beyond expectations when I had a minor issue.

Not only is it easy to order from VIP Bottles you get excellent value and service, from ordering to delivery. The customer service is second to none. I had a query about my order as I had received a dodgy text regarding my order delivery. I got in touch and within an hour they had replied, they had advised me it was a scam and told me what to do. I cannot fault the service at all, absolutely first rate.

Fast shipping received at the storage place in a few days, product exactly like the website display.
Unfortunately, a lil disappointed that they do not deliver in France I had to pay extra to get it re-send.
Expect that i can't complain and recommend

Ordered a variety of miniatures for a small Cocktail Party. Absolutely perfect for what I wanted. Large choice of miniatures and prices were great to.

The product was as cheap or a little less expensive than other sites and arrived promptly. Communication great. Will definitely use again over others!
