3 bottles ordered , one delivered.
I made an order for three bottles. I paid for fast delivery because it was needed for a party in a few days.
Upon opening the order, 1 whole bottle was missing and another was smashed. The bottles were individually wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap in a large box.
Instead of refunding me the whole order and acnowledging my inconvenince caused by these oversights, they part only refunded.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the missing and damaged bottles. While all orders are carefully packed and dispatched as quickly as possible, unfortunately damage during transit can occasionally occur and is outside of our direct control.
As soon as the issue was reported, we arranged a refund for both the missing and damaged bottles. As the remaining bottle was successfully delivered in good condition and retained, a full order refund was not applicable in this case.
We truly value all customer feedback and will continue reviewing our packaging processes with our courier partners to help minimise situations like this in future. We sincerely apologise again for the inconvenience caused and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Unfortunately, the parcel was confirmed as lost in transit by the courier, which was outside of our control. As soon as this was identified, we processed the refund immediately on our side. Refunds can sometimes take a few working days to appear back in your account depending on your bank’s processing times.

Bottles received yesterday, thanks. Almost always next day delivery, even on the standard delivery option. Exceptionally fast dispatch & arrival. I will continue to order from here + they stock some of the best mixers that aren't available elsewhere. No protective bottle bags included for any glass orders, but I have never received anything damaged.

I raised a complaint which also hasnt been answered.

Great prices. Prompt despatch and delivery.
One glass in gift set was broken, better packaging would have prevented this. No replacement was available but was given a discount on original price which was paid back straightaway.
