Was super excited getting back in town to open Octobers package! A great package and great choice. I'm looking forward to the months to come and all the new music to experience.

As a high school grad present, I bought my daughter a record player and then the album of the month from Vinyl Monkey. The music was fantastic, and we would not have discovered all of the up and coming artists on our own. great sounds, and when we reached out to the web site, the customer service was fast and friendly. Nice people!

I bought the special edition Goldroom LP from them and was very satisfied with the service I received. After the album was officially released, I reached out to Vinylmnky to ask about an expected ship date and they got back to me within a few hours and confirmed it was shipping out that same day. Will definitely buy from them again in the future.

Vinykmnky is great! I always look forward to my monthly record and I have ordered quite a few records from the back catalog. I've just received my first few copies of records from Vinylmnky and I love it. Have contacted them via FB a couple of times, and they are prompt in replying messages. Album selection is pretty good too compare to a few other subscription services that I had, so keep it up! However, I do hope that package send to overseas could be bubble wrap as the box is pretty prone to bumps.

Vinylmnky consistently delivers great new vinyl to your doorstep each month. I've never been disappointed by any of their monthly selections and they are well packaged when safely delivered each month.

The personal attention from the Vinylmnky staff, the great artist signed covers and other add-ons separate this subscription service from all the others!

Prompt with any questions asked, fast reliable shipping with a tracking number and the curators have a track record of excellent selections. However they may need to pad the package a bit more because usps tried to play rugby with mine and ended up slightly damaging the outer sleve of one of my records. Great service would recommend.

I love building my vinyl collection, and so far have really enjoyed the selections made by VinylMnky. It was also a nice touch to receive a handwritten note with my first order. I plan to stay a subscriber!

After ordering on a Tuesday at 7am the LP shipped by that afternoon! It arrived the following Saturday First Class USPS, packaged in a very appropriate box with bubble wrap(yay). Included along with my LP was a handwritten note from the owner of Vinylmnky, Travis. I thought was really nice of him.

Aside from the amazing price upfront, my single gripe is that the only shipping option is standard, priced at $8. From my quick calculations that might be a few dollars too much, unless the USPS really jacks up the price when you send a package weighing more than 13 ounces in first class mail.

But honestly I'm getting carried away, and I wasn't bothered much at all by it. I brought it up because it's always nice to have a choice between 1-day, 2-Day and 3-4 day delivery priced accordingly.

Vinylmnky is one of those companies you're not embarrassed to show off to your friends 😂. The quality of their product selection is incredible. Wouldn't choose any other company over them.

Right off the bat, customer service was excellent. I accidentally purchased a wrong membership but Travis was quick to inform me within the day itself and refund me. I then bought a membership for international members which worked and I received my CHVRCHES package with the signed lithograph as well as writeup. Delivery was relatively quick within 2 weeks which was the standard for someone like me from Singapore, from the US . Wanting to pause my membership was also easy , Travis responded within minutes and paused it . I recommend this to anyone who loves vinyl and they have the best customer service to back this up
