The products are cheap, but the shipping is very expensive! It's not worth it.

uploading pictures from the browser chrome most of the time does not work. I always have to do that on my phone instead. The HEIC so iphone specific image format can be uploaded from the iphone app but not from a browser.

Vinted keeps blocking my account. The reasons are always the same: either my photos are supposedly low quality, or they claim my photos already exist somewhere on the internet.

When I appeal, I either get no response at all or just a standard bot reply that has nothing to do with my case.

In the last month alone, I reported six cases to the European Consumer Centre and one to the police. If Vinted claims my photos are online, then someone must be stealing them. But Vinted refuses to provide any proof. Maybe they will finally share evidence with the police, and the person using my photos will be held responsible.

According to Vinted’s own rules, selling used underwear and counterfeit items is forbidden. But when such listings are reported, they often reply that everything is fine and simply suggest blocking the user.

Their support is not just bad — it is far below any acceptable standard.

Many users are tired of waiting and are already looking for alternatives, because this platform has seriously gone downhill.

To make things worse, their AI sometimes invents defects that items do not have, and Vinted often sides with buyers without giving any real explanation.

Honestly, the whole experience is terrible.

it was good but vinted is deleting listings a lot for a no reason and blicking accounts for no reason too if that woudl be fixed it woudl be nice

As usual, the service is hopeless, the entire help desk and Vinted team are not worth your attention, I took a break from this platform for a few years and preferred to buy and sell in other places, when my friends came back and nothing has changed, the staff closes the chat during the conversation without answering, they do not answer questions, there is no respect and good manners, and the regulations and policies of Vinted are a separate story in a huge list

My last purchase resulted in a loss because Vinted denied my claim. The item was incorrectly described, and despite my proof of purchase, the customer service staff deemed everything okay. I believe the seller is a fraud.

A great place for quick transactions. You can browse the wardrobes of users from all over Europe and get a great price during a pleasant conversation. New or used, you decide, and the selection of categories is huge. Secure application and payment. Fast shipping are a huge advantage these days. I recommend it, check it out for yourself.

I don't recommend it, the Vinted portal focuses only on buyer protection, there is no seller protection, you can't talk to customer service because they are bots, buyers cheat, sellers are blocked for nothing

The platform is very clear and easy to use. Adding items is quick and efficient, which definitely makes using the service convenient.

However, I am not satisfied with the terms and conditions and the way communication between sellers and Vinted works. There is really a lot that needs improvement in this area. The rules prohibit commercial selling, but at the same time they do not clearly define how many items can still be considered private sales. In practice, this means that decisions are made at the platform’s discretion.

In my opinion, this should be clearly defined, for example by introducing a specific range or a clear limit on the number of items. Currently, an account can be blocked even for listing only a few items — sometimes problems appear after listing as few as five items. For me, this is unreasonable and definitely requires clearer specification in the terms and conditions.

It would be really helpful if you made withdrawals faster but I know it’s not how it really works so anyway it’s a great place to sell and buy stuff

I am extremely disappointed with my experience on Vinted. The platform has become increasingly unreliable for both buyers and sellers due to several critical issues:

Arbitrary Account Bans: My account was blocked without any clear or valid reason. I have always followed the rules, yet I woke up to a permanent ban with no specific explanation of what I supposedly did wrong.

Incomprehensible Terms & Conditions: Their regulations are written in such a vague and confusing way that it’s nearly impossible to understand what is actually permitted. It feels like the rules are designed to give the platform an excuse to ban anyone at any time.

Zero Customer Support: Trying to reach a human being at Vinted is a nightmare. The "Support" consists of automated bot responses that go in circles. There is no real way to appeal a decision or get a direct answer to a specific problem.

It is unacceptable for a major marketplace to freeze users' funds and accounts while refusing to provide any transparency or communication. Avoid this platform until they start treating their community with respect.

I’m giving this app 1 star. Over the past month, the platform has been unfairly blocking accounts without any valid reason. Regular users who are simply trying to sell their own clothes are getting restricted and losing access to selling features. There is no clear explanation, no proper support, and no way to resolve these issues. It feels completely unjustified and frustrating. I would not recommend using this app if you value reliability and fair treatment.
