How can we buy your product in bulk,you don’t have a proper website,nor do you maintain a customer care,and your customers never share your contact,but I’ve heard and seen goth corsets(vintage goth) bought in bulk for less than a dollar$ by a thrift shop on instagrAm named @luu__liu_ (illegal ik) so even I would like that for a fresh store(firsthand) so please get back asap

Great products. I have dealt with this company for years. Until recently I forgot my password tried to reset was unable to. I sent the company several emails. Resent my updated company information. Yet no response for over a month. Im not sure if its a technical issue with the contact email account or if they're just extremely on overload and too busy. Whatever, the issue; it would be nice to at least get an acknowledgement in response to my email for reopening my wholesale account.

Why nobody answers me during almost a month?
We placed an Order # VG-GBP-7700000783 31 days ago. When will it be shipped?
We paid full amount £305 22/03/2016 and still waiting for the sending out of our order. Where is tracking number?

While I love the products that I've gotten from Vintage Goth and appreciate pricing, shipping, and packaging, I strongly dislike being forced to shop on my phone via an app. I do all my other shopping on my laptop (because it's much easier!) so I don't have much to compare to, but one thing of note was that the app allowed me to place my order using a PO Box address on 8/1...

Then on 8/12 I received an automated email that said "Our Support Rep has indicated that your ticket has been Resolved." (but I'd never opened a ticket...) followed by one that said "We would like to acknowledge that we have received your request and a ticket has been created." with no further information. I was quite confused. I expected that my order should be on its way already, so at first I just chalked it up to something funky with the app (that I already disliked because I hate being forced into shopping that way...) and almost didn't investigate any further. I did decide to try to find out what was up, and assumed that since all shopping was forced onto the app, then the Help ticket stuff must be too. I struggled for a bit to figure out how to look into it, and made a bit of a mess trying to reply to the automated emails instead. Eventually I did get into the ticket system and found a ticket with the info that I really think should have been sent to me in an email, stating they hadn't been able to ship my order because a street address was required. By this point, I was already frustrated with the app, frustrated with the ticket system, and frustrated that a week and a half had already passed before I was asked for different shipping info. I provided a street address and also pointed out how confusing the automated emails were with their lack of information, but only received a short reply that my address had been updated and my order would be shipped - no acknowledgement of my confusion/frustration.

I did receive my order in good time after that. The product was fantastic and I'm happy with it (excellent quality!), but the ordering only via app + confusing support ticket emails made for an unpleasant shopping experience. I will buy more Vintage Goth product in the future, but will definitely not do it through vintagegoth.com again unless they put a normal ecommerce website back online instead of forcing people to use the app - I'll go through an online reseller with a normal website instead.

Shipping as predicted and product was in good shape and perfect fit!

Site is a little glitchy.

I placed an order for 2 corsets and 1 pair of trousers ($342). Received a $40 clearance corset and then was told I had to try and get my merchandise from someone that they shipped my order too! NOT PROPER BUSINESS PRACTICE!
They screwed up they should have re shipped me my correct order instead of telling me I had to handle the problem!
Shipping back the cheap corset to return address received in package (Orlando FL). Turning over to PayPal to get my money back!
Won't order from them again!

I ordered a dress, a week in advance for a party, paid extra for 2-3 day delivery and it still hasn't arrived a week and a day later. So angry as I bought accessories to match and now have to find another outfit in short notice.

The price is an excellent one and the corsets themselves are sturdy and sized well. My concern when I ordered the first time would be the shipping but I was worried over nothing because they arrived in a week or less.

VintageGoth was a pleasant find and I can definitely see myself buying many, many more with them.

I ordered a new white underbust corset during a flash sale Vintage Goth had. It arrived in about a week! It looked exactly like the photo on the site and it fits perfect. I will definitely be buying more items from here again. I've already got my eye on a dress and a few coats!

I ordered several waist coats (vests) and a corset from them and the quality is remarkable. Its for the most part real leather, sturdy metal accessories (spikes, studs, chains), and everything is well fastened, and the stitching is perfection. Don't expect cheaply made clothing you would find from certain mall goth shops. Vintage Goth takes great care in producing quality pieces, and often has sale/coupon discounts that make it an unbelievable value, and suprisingly fast shipping.

The clothes are more gorgeous in person, you can tell they're quality as soon as you pick them up, delivery was quick. Would recommend to anyone

absolutely beautiful. Difficult to fasten due to the stiff boning but once on it is absolutely stunning. Top quality and well worth the money I paid. Will definitely be buying from them again

This is the first time I have used this company and I am really pleased with both the service and quality of the items.
The only thing I would moan about is the payment methods - for some reason they only accepted credit card and not a debit card or paypal, other than that I'm very happy!

I got the item way faster then I was told. It made it on Christmas eve. Order another one on Christmas day its already on it's way.

I appreciate that as a customer you are made aware of any and all actions regarding your purchase from confirmation to shipping. Everything is very easy to understand and it makes shopping fun!

I ordered from the US and got my corset very quickly. Its just beautiful and you can really see the high quality as soon as its in your hands.

I am consistently impressed with the quality and reasonably priced items they have. There are only a few places I will generally shop often online, and Vintage Goth is one of them. I am completely happy with my experience here and truly hope they continuing doing what they do for a very very long time.
