The trip went great but I almost missed my flight because the print out with all the flight information is so messy. You could do with making a more organized flight plan.

A few months ago, we decided to travel to Europe to visit Denmark, Poland and Spain. After several unsatisfactory attempts to book flights, hotels, and rent cars on our own, we contacted Vindrose Rejser in Copenhagen.
Within a day we received an itinerary with multiple options and suggestions such as rail connections and pick ups from the airports.
The price was great for seven trip segments, four excellent hotels, and car rentals. Our cost savings exceeded 50 percent relative to what we could have done ourself.
Just before our departure we decided to extend our visit in Barcelona. Vindrose Rejser solved our problem within minutes. In fact, throughout the whole process, they exceeded our expectations in every respect. We will definitely use them in the future even if our travel plans are not as complex as this last trip.

Arrangement and flights went very smoothly. When I flew within the States I did carry on and it was the first time so I was a bit nervous about whether I would have my luggage with me when I arrived. But it was there each time as Andre promised! I did not get an upgrade from Dulles to Copenhagen but it was an okay flight anyway. The only problem was that the wrong number was put into the system for my Global One card so I could not go through the TSA Precheck line. But I now have straightened that out.

We bought a package trip to Krakow. Nice hotel in the center of the city.
We had good and timely information and communication
Only bad thing was that Norwegian changed the flight schedule so we lost a full day - but that's not really on Vindrose...
