I ordered two lenses on Tuesday 2nd Sept. They arrived via Royal Mail lunchtime 3rd Sept. Communication was excellent and I will be using them again!

I ordered Viltrox 35mm 1.2 LAB.
(On 29th of April)
Got an email about purchase order and later (after weekend) about delay of shipment. It has been 2- going into 3 weeks now. I have sent them two emails -on the beginning of this waiting period- regarding my order via email they used for the "order delay" and also on their website in the contact us tab or sth like that. No contact at all from them, yet on their website there is a baner next day delivery and even though the lens is in stock.
Raised this to Barclays as I used that bank account provider to buy the item. Scammers. In my experience - terrible waste of waiting time that if the provider would be valid at all could be used to do some shoots.Hope everyone who bought the 770 gbp deal gets their money back.

Royal Mail delivery loses 2 stars.
I unfortunately used a company that uses Royal Mail for their deliveries. 24 hour tracked was not delivered for 5 days and zero communication from Royal Mail.
However, Mark from Viltrox store communicated well with me and did what he could to find out what had gone wrong with Royal Mail.
I would use Viltroxstore.co.uk but reluctant to order from a supplier using Royal Mail.

Ordered one day lens arrived the next
Ordered one day lens arrived the next. Could not do better than that. Purchase was a 56mm f1.7 lens. I am blown away as an experienced photographer at the quality of the lenses images at this price point. Superb value for money.

Great price on a Viltrox lens
Great price on a Viltrox lens and fast delivery. Was initially concerned about the lack of reviews, but then discovered this is a subsite of AVMphoto, which has excellent reviews.
