Villa Select Reviews 

This was the second time we used Villa Select, having stayed in Pollenca before at another company's villa that still has some "Villa Select" stickers - in the bathroom (free advertising?). Gave Villa Select a try last year (Es Carritxo, Mallorca) and was impressed. Fantastic little Villa for 2. Great spot. Spot on service from resort manager and from Mark Bruno back in the U.K.

This year we went back to Mallorca (Estanco, Pollenca) and all in all we were not disappointed. Comfortable villa with a view 'to die for' perched above the Town. And yes, you can see the sea, just, with a 200mm lens!

The weather was "iffy" and there was the only downer. I guess we were the first, or nearly first, renters of the year and when we arrived on a less warm afternoon, the villa had been aired, every window was open. It was cold and windy. My wife spent 12h wrapped in a blanket and the small electric radiator provided wasn't really up to the job.

Now, Villa Select are not responsible for the weather but I think that they / the owner could have a plan B for cooler weather. The weather warmed up, as did the villa so all was well.

Final comments? Welcome pack was good but Pollenca has an excellent range of shops including Lidl. Maid service? Villa spotless on arrival (if chilly) - just decorated? The mid week clean and towel change was so so, no noticeable sweeping of wiping of surfaces and we feel we are tidy folk.

Will we go again? Yes but maybe not in late April.

Another year and another Villa, this time in Majorca and booked within a week or so of departure. Villa Select Service was excellent and all went well as expected. Out Local rep', Lorraine was very helpful and attentive.

This was the first time we have used Villa Select and I have to say that their service has been first class. The booking process was straight forward, Deborah the rep in Kefalonia was fantastic - she personally delivered a great little map she had drawn showing detailed directions to the villa, to the hotel we were staying in for our first night. The welcome hamper was great and the villa first class. Would whole heartedly recommend Villa Select.

We have used villa select a few times over the years and never been disappointed and once again the villa exceeded our expectations and talking to the owner at the end of the season is to be made even better.the villa select representative in Majorca could not have been more helpful and ensured we came away with great memories of a fabulous holiday. An excellent holiday supported by an excellent team at Villa Select.

The booking process was very easy and efficient. All staff were helpful, knowledgeable and polite.Villa Select organised private transfers and hire cars. The villa itself was well appointed and in a superb position overlooking the bay and close to amenities, restaurants and shopping.

Villa select took all the hassle out of booking a holiday,they are efficient,
Friendly and organised.Everything went so well,the Villa Luna (Alexandra) in Sicilly was amazing!!! Would and have recommended them to family and friends and would certainly use them again myself

Villa select did a great service job. They answerd any question and responded quick and professional.

The villa Can taron was just okey, we expected more service regarding cleaning and didnt expect there to be hen and ruster on the property. Unfortunately there also were a great rat problem. The rats were running along the poolarea and up on the Wall and roof when we were having dinner. ( Not ok)
We told our contact Kathryn about the cleaning around the pool, dinnerarea and inside the house. They tryied to clean up , but unfortunately it looked the same oitside and a little better inside. The towle change day didnt seem logical at all. It realy didnt match our stay. I prusume they look at our dates and changes after that? I prusume you are awared of the big amount we paid for this country side villa and we realy did expect more of it. This might sound critical but we have traveled to man different places in the world and paid less and got more. It was also realy difficult to communicate with the cleaning Staff and the" house owner". When we were supposed to get a new cooffey maschine the owner dropped in and changed the broken one to a used machine? They realy need to look over the AC aswell, they were programmed in a very strange way. In this cost you have to have totaly free limit to use AC when ever you want?
Im very sorry to give you this sad respons but I think this is the only way to give next guests a better experience, espciale when we paid this amount. Dont forget that this kind of houses often are rented of families with children and a limit of budget.

Excellent location and maintenance. Everything perfect,maybe i was luck but it is the first time i find everything ok.

Villaselect are the best company we have dealt with for our annual summer holiday to Mallorca. The office staff are really helpful, the villas are amazing and the rep Wendy always has the best tips for restaurants, activities and local festival highlights.

From the customer service, communication and the outstanding quality of villa, they are first class and cannot be faulted in any way

From booking the holiday to the end , was all hassle free and dealt with brilliantly by villa select team . Villa was best we have ever had and so clean and home from home . Looked to book for next year but was disappointed that the villa has gone up by £700 so won't be booking it 😞

We are very happy with Villa Select. In my country there is nothing to compare with Villa Select.

stress free as possible. All went well. We were pleased with the villa and the
car covered our requirements including taking a wheelchair. We can't speak
too highly of the service we received.

We've enjoyed many villa holidays over the years, this was probably the best one so far. Booking and communication were very straight forward and comprehensive. Staff were extremely helpful, particularly the rep, Deborah, she certainly ensured our holiday got off to a flying start. The villa was lovely, spotless and very highly specced out. Would certainly use this company again and would recommend them to others.
