This was the most awful experience I've had when booking a holiday. We wanted to go to Marseille but my partner had an accident and broke both knees. This company would not cancel the holiday. In the end, they did but charged us over 100 euros for administration and took months to return the rest of the money. Needless to say, never again.
Had to cancel my trip in Marseille, contractually 50% refundable, Trying for months to get my money back, they are real scammers, literally lied on the phone... promised to pay but never did...will have to take legal actions... painful
