Good plastic, slow shipping

Good plastic, excellent selection of colors, but very slow shipping times, poor communication, and high prices.

My two emails and a phone call went unanswered when I needed to buy a 0.5kg spool (these are listed as available on the website, but no option is provided for purchasing them), so I ended up having to buy a 1kg spool instead so I could at least place my order.

The order took over 3 weeks to be delivered, and there was no communication about any potential delays or backlog. I did not even receive a tracking number until the day it was actually delivered.

KVP plastic is often highly recommended by members of the Voron community, but they are not fully disclosing that KVP offered them a substantial private group discount in their secret Voron Owners Club, from which I have been banned, apparently for criticizing KVP Plastic.

Caveat emptor.
