Do not use instore ordering system
I purchased an item in store from their online ordering system and it was delivered to my home. When I tried it on the item was not right. They refused to take re delivery of the item through the online process even though it was received through home delivery and I had not had the opportunity to try it on before purchase. They advised I would have to return to a store even though there are none near where I live. There was no number to call. I received a response to my initial email but not my subsequent email. Very unsatisfactory and I would recommend never to use the in store ordering system
