Great to meet others, but still could be better
Great to use and meet others. Only issue is the lack of audio and web cam. There's also the issue of not being able to use your gold or platinum memberships when transferring accounts to partner cupid sites.

Recommendation
I had an issue with their site; and they responded professionally and relatively promptly. So I would have to rate the service highly. Just so that the administrators know, somehow using an Android Samsung Note 3 with its original OS, the autorenew function may have a glitch. Hopefully it was just a once off for me.
For the sake of trustpilot, the Cupid service is trustworthy; thus would recommend highly.
