We ended up buying the Summit Amber bedroom set and were extremely happy with the whole experience. I recommend getting the white glove delivery services. They came in to set up the bedroom set and hauled away all the packaging materials.

I was looking for some unique dinning modern chairs and I am extremely happy with the Romano Dining Chairs. It gave my dinning room a great modern and homie feel. Also extremely comfortable.

I have to say, their customer service is exceptional!! They took their time to answer all my questions. Made my purchase decision easy. Super happy with my new bar stools. Best part is that everyone complements them. Highly recommend.

We are super happy with our Woud Array Highboard. We actually ordered another piece that we didn’t love and the return process was smooth and easy. I’m not sure why others don’t understand their policy as it is very clear on the website.and is no differently than other furniture companies. Customer service was amazing.

Viesso representatives are knowledgeable and accessible. They answer the phone which is basically unheard of today do everything they can to help make the buying experience a great one!

Beware! Viesso does not take returns on some items, but never tells you it's a final sale. They refuse to work with us. We are stuck with an over $500 Papellina rug that, unexpectedly and unlike our other Papellina rugs, is thick at the ends so our front door won't open. We have nowhere else to use it. Brand new, perfect condition, was put immediately back in the box to ship back--only they won't refund us.

Customer service is atrocious. I’ve never been ignored by a company quite like this. It has taken four follow up emails over the course of two months to receive a two sentence response. No responsibility for making a mistake and no resolution. I spent over $10k here. I’ll never make that mistake again.

Very good experience overall. Viesso offers a wide selection of colors and sizes for a certain rug that I wanted, and I liked having a lot to choose from. The product they sent was well-packaged for shipping. And they were responsive when I needed to make an exchange. I would order from them again.

One of the worst experiences I've had with a purchase. Customer service is atrocious. Their return policy is misleading and does not state that something like a lamp cannot have been installed. I purchased a Marset Vetra pendant, and not only was the wiring to the ac/dc adapter poorly assembled, but after following the instructions to install (twice, now after I've been told I can't return it) it it is completely lopsided and will not level. Neither Marset nor Viesso has offered any sort of assistance and now i am stuck with an extremely expensive piece of junk. I would have been better off buying something from Amazon.

I originally had never heard of Viesso but found them via Google when looking for a dining room table. They helped me choose the right size and finish, along with some design help on chairs to go with the table but not be too matchy. Throughout the sales and delivery process, their team has always been responsive, and dealing with an educated human for an expensive purchase has been a breath of fresh air.

Family and friends who come in our house have all commented on the table; a few of our friends have even bought their furniture from Viesso because of the great experience we have had. They have had an equally positive experience.

We did have an issue with the table -- through no fault of Viesso -- which was covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Literally, all I did was send a picture and an email to Viesso and they handled the rest. Easy.

Viesso has been the best experience I have ever had with choosing, buying, fixing, etc. of any vendor. I can't sing their praises enough.

Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite of most I see here. Maybe because I had a return, which was stated to be returnable on the website (or I would not have bought it). Aside from being damage slightly upon arrival (standard these days), at first they would take it back after a restocking fee of $275. Then they flat out refused to take the item back after finding it was damaged (by them or by transport). This is terrible customer service, and Customer Service is why I buy anything anywhere. Lots of other furniture companies are amazing, why would I buy more from this company with this type of service? Good service, and you have a customer for life, and one who buys more furniture than you could imagine.

Best Quality and Service

Viesso offered the best price on high quality Fermob outdoor furniture, better than we could get locally. But we thought we could pick one up instead of waiting for shipping. Then pandemic problems made everything unavailable. While the local store needed prodding, Viesso remembered our interest and let is know when the table we wanted became available again, then shipped it for free. They gave us personal, attentive service, and we could not be happier. Great selection of beautiful items too -- quality merchandise and great service!

Couldn't be happier with our new Ethnicraft table and bench! These items are hard to get and Alberto Santana worked closely with us to find and deliver them with amazing white glove service! He was patient, kind and responded to emails within minutes. Viesso and Alberto offer amazing customer service and the highest of quality items. I ordered a modern sofa bed for a client. It was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. Alberto was very accommodating and communicative. I will definitely buy from them again!

Viesso carries absolutely beautiful, high-quality furniture. I purchased several Ethnicraft items in separate orders, and Alberto and Diana of Viesso were absolutely amazing to work with each time. Customer service was fantastic and shipping and delivery were a breeze!

I discovered Viesso through a friend that highly recommended I go online and view their various selections of sectionals because we were in the market. I was very impressed with how easy it was to navigate through their website and we fell in love with not only the sectional we decided on, but a few more various pieces that we could not resist.

We will definitely be ordering more in the future because their craftsmanship, attention to detail and overall quality of work made it evident that they take pride in their design and manufacturing process. When I called in with a question regarding my order, I was also impressed with their customer service which I considered to be very courteous and professional.

You better believe that when anyone I know brings up home decor, the first thing I will mention is Viesso. Then again, I wouldn’t be surprised if some of them already know about Viesso and were just trying to keep it to themselves, cause I must admit, it did cross my mind.

Travis has been helpful since day one. I had just purchased my first home and was new to purchasing furniture at that scale.

I remember reaching out to the chatbot on a Friday evening and Travis not only answered, but took the time to guide me through the different lines/brands of furniture he offered. He wasn't pushy and took time to answer a lot of my newbie homebuyer questions. I really appreciated that.

I ended up purchasing a media console and couch.

Fast forward to a year later and I had accidentally pulled off a latch. Honestly, I didn't think I was going to get an answer since it's been a year, but Travis immediately responded, contacted the manufacturer and I received a replacement latch within a week. That's insane customer service.

I highly recommend buying from Travis; you truly feel like you matter as a customer.

We recently purchased 6 pieces of Currant bedroom furniture. We are waiting on our Cal King bed that is in production as I type. Travis has been outstanding on following up and getting us our 2 night tables, side table, dresser and chest of drawers shipped and delivered to us in a very timely manner!
