In September 2019 - I ordered and paid £299.99 for an armchair that never arrived despite emails chasing and requesting its arrival. I would strongly advise against using this company. I can only hope that I will obtain the refund I requested.

I received a full refund today after contacting Lee.

S**T quality furniture that you'll wait months for. Then they'll try and bribe you to write a good review in exchange for some whiskey glasses that will never turn up.

I've reported them to Action Fraud who called me few weeks ago. They are investigating this company.

A total and utter scam. Having ordered two chairs over a year ago, they never arrived though our money was taken very quickly. Contact with this sham of a company has just been ignored and we still have not been refunded.

ordered in sep 2019, never received. Refund promised in Nov 2020 but yet to be received.

I too, like many have not received my chair I ordered this time last year. I have this morning emailed the address given by many who have got results.

Fingers crossed Lee contacts me too. Would be nice to get a refund.

After reading on here l have emailed regarding an order l placed in August 2019 for six feature dining chairs. After Various emails l have heard nothing since January of this year. l am hoping for a full refund. l have sent a copy of the order and hope to hear from you soon. Janice Mackenzie

I finally got refunded today after a year.

I was not hopeful, for obvious reasons, however, I kept emailing and I kept reaching out and it paid off.

Keep emailing, and keep reaching out and maybe you'll have some luck too.

I ordered on October 2019 a santorini black dressing table which I have not received I have emailed and no response if you see this I would like a full refund which was £329.99.....

Obviously a total scam, i cannot get an answer nor find a website or facebook page to follow up. Ordered a chair 30/10/19 and cannot get any response. Bank claim back has run out. Unreal that police can’t get involved with these corrupt people

I purchased 8 dinning room chairs and 2 feature chairs last october which I never recieved and have not been refunded for. I was lied to about the delivery over and over again my bank was unable to refund me as the company has not gone into administration and it was over 3 months from purchase so I am left over 400 out of pocket not to mention the extra money I had to spend on new chairs. To make it worse they even contacted me to offer a refund and then never refunded me after I did everything they asked! Please can someone contact me!

After many previous attempts to different email addresses I have now received a full refund for my table that was ordered last year and never came. If you are still looking for a refund - contact them at new refunds email address given in previous review reply. I tried this after reading other reviews on trustpilot and got a response and my money back within a few days. Lee seems genuine in sorting all this out

Received full refund after not receiving a chair in September 2019.
Please give the guy a chance to make it right for you!
Lee was very apologetic and I really hope that he is going to succeed in e-commerce because I am sure he has learnt a lot in the last year.

Awful service. Chair never arrived and no refund has been given although we have asked many times. Do not use this company

Still waiting for my refund for a purchase last August which never arrived. Was told to email them, raise a PayPal invoice which I've done and its now been 2 months and I'm no longer getting replies to my emails and I keep chasing, still no response!

I placed an order on behalf of my Mum in November last year in excess of £500 for a dining table, she never received a confirmation email however was still charged. She has not received the item and as we did not receive any order confirmation she is unable to claim the money back from her credit card provider. I have attempted to contact Victor Verace multiple times regarding this, and completed their online refund form earlier in the year to no avail. The table was a huge purchase for her and she is devastated to be over £500 out of pocket.

Disgusting. It is now over a year since I purchased a chair for £199.99. I have chased an update again and again, without response. I have received one email in that whole time from a member of staff named Lee on 17-August. He has since stopped responding. I will not stop until I get my money back.

I ordered 4 chairs last October with a guaranteed Christmas delivery, I have emailed too many times to count, Lee responded to one email advising he would refund my money I emailed back straight away to see how it would be refunded and have had no response to sate despite numerous emails.... I have now reported to the fraud department through my credit card company and they will take this up for me. Dissapointed that it has came to this, but I've been left with no other choice. Its now the principle of it, you have my money and I want it back!!!
