Great help desk service will buy again
When a bra I ordered online didn't arrive, I received an email asking me to call a number to re-order. At first I was hesitant as I'm not a fan of calling helpline, but I was delighted that both Next/Victoria Secret were friendly and super helpful. They refunded me for the order that was delayed in delivery even though it was Hermes that messed up. The other bra that I did receive was super comfy and I look forward to buying more in the future.

The website is horrendous now since they're using Next's platform. Plus, how are you to see what the clothes look if they use models size XXXL who are obviously obese and unhealthy? Why not just M size if you want to be so 'size' conscious?
