The chain was very weak and broke in half on the first flush. I had it repaired and on the 3rd flush the chain broke in 3 places. Very disappointing.

Fuctionql could have done with longer chain
Good heavy chain and handle. Chain a little short for me but the drop is ridiculously long - excellent quality and worth the money.
good quality at a good price
Too heavy for my systern but it does work if I lift it before each flush. Good quality product - too good for my ancient high flush systern.
