Ella manually approved my profile promptly, after the automated system unreasonably blocked it.

Crap website. Nearly impossible to upload photos with any kind of filter that protects your identity. And no way to create private photos or a private album for which you decide who gets access. Sometimes they reject a photo, and when you ask why, they either don't respond - or say "Sorry, that was a mistake" and allow it. Many, many contacts - all from people hundreds or thousands of miles away. I doubt any of them are real. Glad I only bought the one month package - and even that was a waste of money.

Their technical support won’t answer questions. I ask how do I tel if someone is a paying member to reply to messages and they respond-well if they reply they are paying members”. Sounds like a scam to get you to keep using credits. Their support overall sucks. They say no bots but their support seemed like not never answering questions only telling you how to buy more credits etc.

They replied and it’s all blah blah blah. One of their options is to request a refund. No response to the email. Their response to my question about chatting with members and who is a paid member was”if you see them they can respond”. Not true I set up dummy account and I could see and obviously since I hadn’t paid no way to respond. Total scam

Complete waste of time. Their search engine returns completely random results. I reported this but it never got fixed so I baled out.
What's the point selecting (eg) 50-70 age range and ten miles from home if you're then presented with 27 year olds at the other end of the country?

It is basically a scam. I don't think that even 10% of accounts are genuine. Same message responses, same timing of responses. Don't waste your money

Total rip-off! There are NO real accounts, its all fake, bots and other scams. Sign-up cost is massive and to make things worse, they make it most difficult to deactivate an account. IN fact, there is no way to do aside from going through a non-responsding customer service. Avoid by all means !

This website and company behind it is fraudulent. A month ago, I bought a subcription for 69 Euros by submitting my credit card details. I realized rather quickly that the website is full of fake profiles and bots.
I tried deleting my account but there is no possibility to do so on their account management page. I wrote to support, and they came back to me saying they will only be able to do so in 25 days! Coincidentily, it is the same day as the subscription renewal date.
I tried cancelling the subscription auto renewal. I thought I did by clicking a save button whose functionality is unclear.
When the 25 days passed, the same date as the subscription auto renewal date, I received a mail confirming that my account and all my personal details have been deleted. A few hours later I received a notification from my bank that they tried debitting my card for another 69 Euros. Thankfully I had blocked my card against any transaction request from their company in advance. They even tried splitting the transaction in two and debit the card twice for 34,5 Euros each.
In short not only they didn't delete my personal details as they confirmed they did, the also tried stealing money from my card afterwards.
The site is a fraud end-to-end. I am preparing to make an official complaint to online consumer agency or even checking if I can hire a lawyer to go after their attempts to steal money.

Like many others, i too was stupid to accept terms/conditions/policy's. Problem is, when you do so, you accept that your membership will be renewed every month, without your specific approval. They just book money from your credit card, not even the right amount, but just some random amounts. I've mailed them several times now, saying my cancelation/account deletion is in progress, which is actually not...

After a couple of mails, they sended a reply, stated that i can turn of my auto renewal in my account settings. they even gave me a routing to that specific area, said that there is a switch with which i can turn that auto renewal off. Don't be fooled guys, that button's simply not there, so you are unable to delete your account, nor to turn that damn auto renewal off.

I called my credit card company, they said, the only way to get rid of these scammers, is to argue the billings/bookings that they do, and specificly describe that they do not live up to there statement that you can turn the auto renewal off. that should give some solid ground to end the billings/bookings from your credit card

Question to every one who reads this, is there any one having the same issues? And can somebody maybe give another, alternative ways to end this scammy bs. Please share your experience if you want, would be good for us all!

They never let you delete your membership even with the fact that their service is crappy or even if you wanted to change to a different plan.

ThIS IS VERY fraudulent. When you as to discontinue they tell you you accept terms.

Do not give them your money. Total waste of time. Just a bunch of bots and fraudsters looking for shekel. It took me about a week to see the patterns - and I was pissed at myself for being such a simp. Never again.
Oh, and i nearly forget, they continue to try and take money out of my account every month - even though I only signed up for a month. No surprise that that you meet with silence when you contact them. Arseh**es!

The worst thing about this site is that one gets loads of interest from people abroad, like the USA. No point in that when you are living in the UK. Not sure what they are upto when they approach you, many over half my age, but I would suspect a scam is involved somewhere.

Fake profiles. Everything is fake here. Fake girls send fake interest likes to you to keep you interested. One account asked me immediately for my email address. They tried to catfish me. Victoria Milan is a scam! Don't pay for it even if you see many blurred "likes" and "chats". Also these are fake.

Of all the dating apps I've tried, I like Victoria Milan is the best.
The major issue I have is it matches on current physical location versus where someone lives.
I live near a major airport and am constantly getting matches to my distance filter of women who are obviously only passing through the airport.

I met my wife through Victoria Milan! I owe them that! Good service and I liked how easy it was to use.
It's more of a dating app now than the hook-up app that it started out as.
The idea was ingenious and I'm happy I used it to find my life partner.

Victoria Milan is easy to understand for everyone and worth investing time to date someone who are mutually interested. When compared to other sites I did not encountered fake profiles, upload your best pictures and once you match with someone - Enjoy your dating life.

This site is a farse. Almost everyone on here is not real. The main respsosnes i get are: lets talk off line; then they get your email; then they want you to sign up for a dating verification site; then you get spam forver.
I must have sent 300 respsosnes without a single followup. Dont waste your time and money
