Reliable online booking service, useful pickup service from and to airport, reliable car, honest refund of fuel when I returned the car.

As a family we have used Victoria cars at least three times a year (minimum 6wks) for 5 years. ALWAYS excellent service, price and quality car. Always greeted by friendly driver at the airport and swiftly yet safely taken to collect the car. Staff at reception are (in our experience) always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We would not wish to go anywhere else for car hire. If we decide to buy it will be from Victoria cars & they would be our first choice to store the car between visits

Easy reservation process. The car arrived exactly on time at our place. Very nice collaborators. The return was also very easy and efficiently handled, including the transfer to the airport.

They are scammers. On collecting the car you are notified you must fill up with fuel at 4 stations or there is 25 euro surcharge. Why fuel is fuel?
The I returned the car, this is where the con really gets going. The car was hardly used and parked at the villa most of the time until to return it to the airport.
On returning the car I gave the keys to the lady at the desk, she did not want to check the car and all was good.
So off I go into the shuttle to the airport and just as we get near which was 3 mins of a journey my phone goes. You have damaged the throttle? How it drove? We will be charging you 50 Euros. Then they send a photo with the car spotless clean parked up next to another car? The car had lots of dust on it. There was No car there when I parked it ,and they would not park the car there once checked in either. The photo showed a scuff on the back arch not a throttle problem. This photo was an old photo of old damage. A total con I just wished I had gone back to the airport to check but they know that you have to make your flight. The driver must be in on it. Never again will I use these. I hire cars quite frequently in Portugal and Spain and have never experienced this. Please avoid.

Staff are very helpful. Have used Victoria Cars a couple of times for rentals so far. No hidden fees. They were a recommendation by a friend who travels regularly to Spain, and I wouldn't use anyone else. We had a refund due and it was dealt with with no quibble or delay.

I have tried a lot of Car Hire companies from Alicante and Victoria Cars outshine the rest. Always consistent, honest and polite. The cars are well maintained and there are no hidden fees. One price, all included, no drama! I use Victoria Cars around 10 times a year, and always will.

I have no complaints usually and have used them a lot, but last time they were very late collecting the car back from my holiday rental which meant I had to miss lunch with friends on my last day. That was very disappointing, not least because I know if I was late getting a car back to them I would be charged. It really put a downer on the end of the holiday but usually they're great hence 4 stars still

Good service from start to finish. We have hired over 10 times with Victoria Car with no problems. Cars are all new and always clean. Keep up the good work.

The staff are always there to help the pricing is competitive the cars are good they give you the price including the all inclusive insurance the additional payment I upfront is for the tank of petrol and if it is returned full you get your money never ever had a problem unlike some company’s

I mean over 30 years!
They are always efficient and the cars are always prepared properly. Only thing I'd like is perhaps if the recognised people like myself who hire multiple times a year. Just going to book my 5th car this year!!!!!

Booking the car was very confusing, because as my flight was due to arrive shortly after 11 pm, it wasn’t at all clear how to book a time and date after midnight without having to worry whether there would actually be a car available at such a late hour. When I went to collect the car, I was treated very rudely – unfortunately for them, I understand Spanish, so I could hear what the staff were saying about me amongst themselves which wasn't friendly at all to say the least. Victoria Car Rental - not a nice way to start your holiday!

Before our trip, I spent a lot of time reading reviews about car rental companies in Alicante, and honestly I was a bit worried. I’m happy to say that our experience with Victoria Cars was excellent from start to finish.

Everything went exactly as promised. We even received a free upgrade to a larger vehicle than we had booked, which was a great surprise for our family trip.

The pick-up and return process was smooth, the staff were friendly and professional, and there were no unexpected charges. The fuel deposit was refunded to my card the very next day, exactly as promised.

Based on our experience, I would definitely rent from Victoria Cars again and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable car rental company in Alicante.
