CAUTION, Were LifeColi.com. TERRIBLE

CAUTION - CHECK LifeColi reviews. Same people. No wonder they changed their name...

Ordered 17 Jan. 12th February, still not received, despite website saying ORDERS DESPATCHED WITH 48 HRS.
I work in the exact same industry.. .
Pandemic/Brexit is a very poor excus for a modern e-commerce service. Their product MIGHT be good (wouldn't know because never received) but their distribution service something from the 1970s.
In nearly a month, not once did anyone proactively contacted me to say there would be a delay. EXTREMELY POOR, MAYBE SCAM.
Shame, liked the look of product, tried to sort late delivery discount. Pathetic response.
I'm always up for a gamble on unknow brands - proper stung this time....never again
