It was great to be able tickets for Harry Styles at Wembley at a good price, however the admin fees were a bit heavy, adding another 50% to ticket price which is a little excessive! After a bit of worry when I read negative reviews and I had concern that my pdf tickets weren't real, (would definitely be worth Viagogo explaining this more as often now the tickets are so digitally secure on Ticketmaster etc it felt wrong to have to print a pdf) everything worked worked out perfectly and we had a great night. Big thanks to the original ticket holder for selling on!

I got my ticket at a decent price, it was easy to book and I liked that I could see a photo of an approximate view from my seat before purchase. My only complaint is that I didn't receive the ticket until a few hours before the concert (I was already on the way there) and was informed I needed to print it off before arriving or I wouldn't be able to enter! Which meant trying to find somewhere to print on a Saturday afternoon in a city I'd never been to before, maps said most places were closed and I wasted quite a bit of time finding somewhere and printing it and missed up to an hour of the support acts. I would've appreciated having it a day earlier, I could've printed it at home before I left.

Scored incredible seats through viagogo the week before the World Cup game to see Messi play ! The transaction was seamless! It was so easy to transfer the tickets to my FIFA account and enter the stadium. We sat behind the team bench. I cannot emphasize enough how incredible these tickets were and how easy it was to purchase, receive and download.

Felt confident with the process and I've been always told that I'll be taken care of if there is a problem getting into the event.

It was quick and easy. I heard other companies that were transferring tickets had a hard time, but this was seamless. I appreciate the ease of this.

I did not understand why ticket was not available for resell. Before match day I was getting other ticket option with less than 400 CAD where as I spent 525 CAD with you. Also charges on Viagogo was showing with fees but after check out it was showing with additional fees and tax.

I received the tickets the day before the concert. It was awesome!!!! I loved it!!!
