The worst company viagogo. Messed up the concert date i bought. Have given me apr 1 where i bought tickets for mar 29. Stupid, scam of a company. Avoid buying your tickets from here.

I have never received a ticket from them.
On other pages, you received them within a few minutes.

Great experience, all good.

Scam. Seller sold a fake ticket. They said that’s not their issue and can’t do anything.

I wouldn’t even give this site one star. It seems like the biggest scam, we have not received our tickets and have spent 3 hours on the phone with them. They keep coming up with the same solutions that doesn’t work, and it’s the same lady taking the call every time, but asking for the same information over and over again. I would NEVER recommend this site! Also they don’t just solve the problem, they keep doing everything to keep their money and not give us our tickets/refund.

Bought tickets for Hans Zimmer in Barcelona. I noticed that Viagogo adds about 40% commission for themselves when I uploaded the tickets for resale.

On top of that I realized that the tickets are still under some other person´s name and I can´t even use or resell them.

Imagine I don´t try to resell and am told at the door that my tickets have already been used by someone esle and are not valid.

Worst ever "ticket purchase"

I spent a lot of money to travel to Barcelona for my birthday and attend this event. I bought tickets through Viagogo and received the confirmation, but the tickets were never transferred.
I contacted support multiple times while standing outside the stadium, but nothing was solved before the match started. I missed the entire event.
This was supposed to be a special birthday experience, and instead the whole trip and all the emotions around it were destroyed by this company. I would never trust this platform again.

Transaction was smooth, no issues. I felt I received value for the ticket price.

Great night out to see Fito and Fitipaldis at Alicante. Got tickets through Viagogo.es trusted professional company.

They are scammers.

I have spent the last month trying to get an answer about a ticket i payed for and still hasn't reached me.

STAY AWAY FROM VIAGOGO

They are just scammer !!! If you buy anything with them, Tickets will never arrive. I bought 2 tickets for Real Madrid-Getafe game . They didn’t send the tickets!!!

Unfair fees and misleading marketing
Bought 2x tickets of 49 eur each to see the Kooks in Barcelona
Paid 48 eur as a "marketplace fee"
Total 146 eur
The fee is disproportionate! You should be advertising the full price instead of putting misleading information.

Ngl I had never used this website or ever brought concert tickets at all, but it was really good, my mate purchased them on my behalf and used my email so I could access them, you get emails letting you know when your tickets have been sent through and how to get them, I was apprehensive that they wouldn't work when we got to the venue call me sceptical but everything was fine so yeah I highly recommend. Good value and really good at communicating so yeah, hope it helps with your decisions.

The ticket delivery was quick, thanks to the valuable support provided by one of the Viagogo agents (Alejandro, I believe), and we really enjoyed the event!

Booked two tickets for Barcelona v Levante.
Confirmed, paid for in full €600 Euros.

They advised me that the tickets would be ready on the day of the match, again all confirmed. My friend flew from Dubai to attend.

Three hours before the match i received a message to say that the tickets were being ‘transfered’ and that i could download them.

I spent over two hours on the phone with numerous members of the team. The ensured me that i should get to the stadium and that I would get tickets replacement.

Once at the stadium, i chased again and was told two different versions…eventually they told me that they sent me an email with three options, two replacement tickets and the option to get a refund but when i opened the email there was only the refund option…

I wasted an entire day chasing tickets that i never got, got extremely embarrassed in front of my friend.

I will never EVER EVER EVER use them again
Shame on you

Purchased tickets to FC Barcelona match for my son for Christmas. Tickets never arrived. Reached out to them after flying to Barcelona and they would not provide alternate tickets. There were additional tickets on website but they said they would only refund and I could pay an additional £500 for the same tickets. They are scam artists and bait and switch. Very disappointing and disappointed son. Do not buy from them.
