VIABOX IS A SCAM
Hello everyone, Please avoid this useless website, it is a total Scam , I shipped to packages to them then they asked me to pay 180$ to ship the packages to another US address, After I made the payment then they told me that I need to verify my account then I sent them my ID , After that they came back and told me I need to provide another US address for them to send my packages to , I gave them another Us address , Then they came back and told me i need to make another payment via BTC for them to ship my package, Right now I understand they are total scammers , Lastly There shipping fee is extremely High , They are asking for $800 to ship a small 32inch TV to Nigeria. Please Avoid VIABOX
Probably a scam or just very bad.
Probably a scam or just very bad.
Used them to send a package to my home from the us. Waited for 2-3 months (!) While getting every time a new email from them about that.
In the end they said that the company that i chose to send the package with, lost it.
They now claim they're gonna refund me just part of the money i paid for so i lose pretty much one third of my whole payment, if i will really get this refund.
Won't use them anymore.
Appalling service by Viabox (Northwest Forwarding Express LLC) Grace and Abe staff members
Absolutely appalling service from Northwest Forwarding Express LLC (Viabox company name), specifically Grace and Abe. I have lost $3000 worth of products. I paid $1,000 to ship Christmas gifts in December, only to have 95% of the items arrive damaged. There was zero effort to ensure proper packaging—no bubble wrap, and the items weren’t even placed in proper double-walled boxes.
To make matters worse, I was quoted $334 for a double-walled box, which is completely ridiculous. Instead, they used flimsy single-wall boxes for an international shipment. How could a shipping company not realize how unsuitable that is?
This experience was unacceptable, and I cannot recommend their services to anyone. Completely unprofessional and careless.
Basically, it's a scam !

As indicated by others, when you calculate the expected delivery price, it shows the "members only" price with no indication it requires becoming a "member" for 8$ monthly.
Once the shipment arrives at their place, you are charged at a double price for the shipment to your address. Or, you need to pay the "membership".
Dishonest Practice
Viabox are one of the Parcel Forwarding Companies you will find via a search and they seemed promising. I needed a replacement for Stackry due to their poor consolidation and so signed up to Viabox for my occasional USA purchases to be shipped to the UK.
After a delay on one of my parcels to be shipped to Viabox, I was in a position to consolidate and forward.
First problem is shipping charges. For a small box weighing hardly anything they wanted hundreds of dollars. Epostglobal shipping, the cheapest option as used by others like Stackry seems unavailable when you are on the basic package. In order to pay 10 times less in shipping you have to upgrade to a Plus account at $8. Adding that to the cheap postage was still several times cheaper than the services offered free.
So if you want cheap shipping, you have to upgrade your package. This now shows as only available on Plus and Pro packages which it did not when I joined. Or at least when you calculate shipping costs after you have joined this is missing as it shows a price, then just does not offer when you try to arrange.
As an infrequent user of forwarding services it was not worth paying $8 a month for something I use occasionally so I asked to downgrade to normal. You cannot for 2 months as per their terms and conditions they are quite familiar with.
So only option is to cancel, with no reason having t9 be given, as per the same terms and conditions they were able to quote earlier. No a manger needs to deal with that.
Days later you get a support message stating has been cancelled. Today they take payment for a cancelled service and I am surprised they have set up an account with a number at the end of my email addresss instead of just my email address as it was before.
i shipped 8packages to them and i paid…
i shipped 8packages to them and i paid shipping to mine country and guess what they never reply me fraud scam hope they face law and jail soon
Viabox now provide cheaper shipping…
Viabox now provide cheaper shipping methods to Australia. No other mail forwarding company can do better. Extremely happy with the service. Would definitely continue to use again and again. Staff are very prompt to answer all questions!!!
Stay away from VIABOX.com
The worse experience I have had with this company. The shipping pricing is so out of control. A parcel that was shipped should only have been $30USD to Australia quoted directly from UPS but with Viabox it was $180USD. Stay away from this company it's a scam. There aren't NUMBER 1 in my books it's all false advertising, so they should be sued for that.
Avoid this company
I used them once to buy something off eBay US as I'm located in the Philippines and I needed a warehouse. After I paid, they didn't ship so after a week I contacted them and they told me that I had to verify my account. They never told me I had to do it so I was waiting in vain until then. Stay away from this crappy company. They clearly don't give a $#*! about their customers. Never again
This company holds you to randsom
Warning! dodgy operator!!! Viabox claims to give discounted shipping, due to their volumes. They have no fees because they place a mark upon shipping costs, however because of this they do not offer you the most economic postage options - I imagine because they don't have a very good mark up on it. They tried extorting me for $260 shipping on a $60 item and conspicuously the most economic options with USPS were not available. They also refused to forward it on to another forwarding service in the US and tried claiming it was a fraud prevention measure when in fact it was just anti-competitive behaviour. Effectively stole my items because I wouldn't engage in such highway robbery.
Far too expensive now
When I first used Viabox 8yrs ago they were great, they are now overpriced.
Don’t get me wrong the service is amazing and you get your stuff super quick and consolidation is welcome but the astronomical shipping rates are laughable. I live in UAE and S&S by Aramex is 8 times cheaper for my latest purchase…. I will leave the $20 camelbak straws to be destroyed because I am not paying $89 dollars that Viabox says Aramex want (cheapest quote by the way) to ship them 🤣!
On my last shipment with VIABOX they…
On my last shipment with VIABOX they overcharged me for shipping. I picked this up after the check out and payment for the shipping. When I saw the shipping tracking information I realised that they charged for shipping weight of 13 lbs yet they only paid the courier company for 6 lbs. This was evidenced in all the shipping documents from the courier company. When I received the package the package weighed less than 6 lbs. Despite a lot of communication, VIABOX did not correct the offer charging. They also no longer accept PAYPAL as a means of payment, so once they have your payment you have no recourse. Their shipping costs are extremely high. Beware of this company - they over charge customers and are heavy handed with their customers. Stay away!
A bunch of Thieves
Highly disappointed by their service and customer support. It’s been almost 4 weeks that I am waiting for reimbursement of my amount which I paid extra ($93.36). The extra amount I paid was not because of my fault but due to their negligence that a company which does not ship to my country was shown as a method of shipping. They said that will reimburse the amount within 3-4 weeks, but they didn’t. I have contacted them time and again but they only say that they have sent a follow up with accounting. Now they are not even replying to my emails. Highly unprofessional and unethical staff. A bunch of thieves who steal customers money. No wonder they have so many negative reviews.
Total scam
Viabox advertises "no hidden fees" and claims they don't charge anything for receiving, handling, or repackaging your merchandise, but then they turn around and charge $65+ to send a 1-lb envelope 145 miles via UPS. The same package directly through UPS costs less than $12. I know they need to make a profit, but this is ridiculous. I used to recommend them to everyone, but never again. So many better options.
I've used Viabox for several years
I've used Viabox for several years, there shipping is always unrealistically high but a repack of 10 items usually comes in about £100 shipping, I budget about £10 an item when deciding if it is cheaper to send direct to me or via Viabox. This time 5 items came in at $278 (double the price of the heavier package from 2 months ago), it would cost at most £40 to ship the opposite way so this has became a bit of a scam, particularly when they claim they do ship at cost. As a result of ripping me off I do not plan to use them anymore, judging by how quick they did the repack this time they are losing their customers. Its a shame because it now costs $30 to ship an LP record from the US, but going through Viabox has cost me $45 a record and I had to wait 2-3 months for them... If they made it clear they were going to double their shipping cost that would be fine but just doubling costs is scam behaviour.
worthless purchase was ignored
I ordered a particular shoe polish. I was sent an image of my order along with a picture of the product I ordered. I was sent an different brand instead. when reviewing my order, the picture of the original product was removed.
My e mails and phone calls were ignored. waste of time and money. DECEITFUL
Price increases have made it not worthwhile
I have used Viabox quite a few times over the past few years. There have been occasional problems but I have always received my orders eventually and have always considered them quite reliable.
While their shipping prices have always been quite expensive, I had felt it was understandable since this is their business model and how they make their profit. Unfortunately prices have risen so significantly over the past year or two that it's almost impossible to justify using them anymore.
A huge part of the problem is that you have no sure way of knowing how much they are going to charge you to ship your item until they are in possession of it. And once they are in possession your item, there is no alternative but to pay what they ask since this is the only way they will release it. It's a huge risk given how inclined they have become to increasing their prices without any warning.
They have also recently halved the amount of time that they'll hold onto your packages for, from 180 days to 90 days. They did this without any warning whatsoever. Once they've had your package for 90 days, it simply disappears from your inventory without any notification.
I’m not sure how their competitor’s compare but I’ll certainly be looking for an alternative next time. It’s a shame.
Con Artist
The "Free package consolidation and repackaging" is only free if you have under 10 items. They also refuse to ship any food items or "pornography" (I just wanted an issue of Playboy, there's FAR worse things online". Asking for a repackage will get all your items put into one box and filled with packaging peanuts, no other securing.
They will only hold your items for 90 days and throw them out when that time is up. You get no warning AT ALL about this. They work on a 3 pound scale with every item weighing a minimum 1 pound no matter what. (Say you order a DVD, they will say it weighs 1 pound and charge you as if it weighed 3 pounds)
