What a joke this so-called company is, I was told last Thursday that an Electrician would be here the following Monday in the morning and will call 30 minutes prior to arrival, guess what !, no call and no Electrician so I called back and was told they had just spoken to Electrician and he will be with me by 5 o'clock, you've guessed it, he didn't turn up or call until 7 pm to say he would be with me the next by 9.30 and I'm still waiting at 10.30. It gets even worse, 3 weeks after the electrician came out I have now been told he didn't take any proper photos so he has got to come out again, unbelievable. The electrician has been out to take more photos but I have now been notified 2 weeks later that he didn't do something right either so they have to send someone a THIRD time, this has now gone on for weeks now and people need to know just how incompetent this company is.

Boiler installation - after four weeks, dozens of telephone calls, numerous emails and letters - still no closer to this boiler thermostat working properly, left with no heating. Customer services will not ring me back, despite promises. Have been left ignored and contacting Trading Standards. I would have been better off getting a bunch of monkeys in. Avoid at all costs. If I could have given minus stars, I would.
