It is also possible to send with another shipping option, e.g. PostNord. We always recommend that you send with a traceable alternative, if something should happen to the package on the way back to us.

I got a product that was not the one…
I got a product that was not the one offered on the website. I asked and I was told that it was the same product but the supplier had a different branding. That is a big lie. I have the same shoe I ordered, and the new one does not even resemble some of the specifications of the old one. It is a different brand with a similar product. The pictures on the website as wrong as well. I am highly unsatisfied and I will never buy from this store again.

Challenging return policies
I am very satisfied with the service and the fast delivery as well as with the quaity of the clothes.However I am not fully satisfied with the return policy. If I buy clothing for 350sek and then they do not suit me, as it was the case with a Tiger of Sweden body, it is kind of expensive for me to return or change it for 79sek. This will stop me from buying certain kind of clothing like trousers, shoes, suits etc that need to fit perfectly, unless the very low price justify the risk. Other than that I am very satisfied.

However, you should always check whether it is cheaper to buy your return shipping note directly
from postnord as our return shipping note is a fixed price alternative in case it becomes more expensive to buy yourself
via postnord.
