Vet UK cancelled my order. Needed worming treatment for five of my six cats (cat six having recently been wormed at the vet). So as each pack contains four single doses, I would need two packs but their computer flags up that cat six who doesn’t need treatment is too heavy for this dose. The other five young cats are all within the weight range. This should not be a problem but this company has cancelled my basket twice. The third time I got as far as paying, received confirmation then hours later received an email cancelling the whole order which included other items. While they have been good in the past, they are not now.
