Very caring and compassionate staff. I'd have happily given 5 stars, however the fees are extortionate. Having to go there in an emergency is terrifying enough and then you're hit by a massive bill.

Pet Care Advice
Customer Hub
Pet emergencies can happen at any time – including when your regular vet is closed.
That’s why our nationwide network of out-of-hours pet emergency clinics are open through the night, at weekends and on bank holidays, so we’re ready and waiting to provide expert pet emergency care when your regular vet is having some time off.
Our pet emergency clinics are the pet equivalent of A&E and our purpose is to give you and your pet the care and support you deserve, at the time you need it most, whether it’s four in the morning or in the middle of Sunday lunch.
Vets Now provides this trusted service to more than 1000 veterinary practices across the UK — from over 60 dedicated out-of-hours clinics and two 24/7 pet emergency hospitals. In total, we treat around 200,000 small animals every year — our highly-skilled team works hard throughout the night, weekends and Bank Holidays. So whether you’re in Aberdeen, Belfast or Portsmouth we’re there for you and your pet when you need us most.
We’ve also pioneered other ways to help pets, pet owners and the veterinary profession, such as our comprehensive referrals service and providing our staff with industry-leading training and development opportunities. We also support the pet blood transfusion charity, Pet Blood Bank UK. Meanwhile, our two hospitals — in Glasgow and Manchester — are home to some of the UK’s leading specialists in the field of emergency and critical care and provide care 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

We took our last pet rat to be put down 2 weeks ago. Emergency appt on a Saturday eve. Whilst the vet was kind, for £200 we expected to be given more time - we felt quite rushed. It was also a massive amount to pay for a very quick procedure, and I struggle to understand the breakdown of costs involved

Sadly had to take our cat to be put to sleep Sunday. The staff were vey understanding and compassionate. I'd have happily given 5 stars, however the fees are extortionate. First messed up our bill which shockingly tallied up to £700 then was reduced to a staggering £550. I know its the weekend but come on.. There are staff and vets there all weekend. I'd understand if someone had to come in for an emergency.
Your emotions are bad enough and then you're hit by a ridiculous bill.

My cat collapsed at the weekend with what turned out to be heart failure. Right from the first call to the call centre, the team were fantastic, professional, understanding and sympathetic. They took the time to explain what was going on, next steps etc. My cat has a long and difficult road ahead, but knowing the team are there for my cat is great comfort.

Oustanding! Our regular vets have been charging us for 2 years on numerous prescriptions with changing diagnoses, within 20 minutes your vet had diagnosed, and offered a follow up. Unexpected Expense, but well worth it to fix our Maine Coon Cat's ear polyp. Thanks to everyone involved. We have now changed our regular vet.

Had to rush my girl in, 1000 paid they tell me they can probably get her better if I'm willing to spend a extra 5000 I refused so they say well put her to sleep but make sure you pick her up before 8am so had to trying and find somewhere to take her, the PDSA was amazing and told me they where out of order making me bring her away so poorly unless I could pay extra 600 to keep her there vets now are just a cash register dont give to hoots about your pet just the money and if you haven't got it then there answer is just put them down
